Employee took out the trash and tried to make my sandwich without changing gloves. Zero apologies when confronted. Absolutely disgusting. Please do yourself a favor and don’t eat here. Manager did not apologize or think this was a problem.

Ok I walked in February 2014 and even though cold I order a nice cream cone. I’m told they are out. I end up going to 42 street and get one. March same thing. April it happens and I say wait wow are you out again. Seriously. Nice worker advises machine is broken, I’m like for three months? I ask why door doesn’t have sign. I’m told it would lower their sales. I say but you wasted my tine and I’m not buying anything either way. I even offered to call service since they told me it was still out since service company hadn’t come out to fix it. What the hell. Are they the only company, place isn’t nice and basically liars, not going back to thus location.

The super unfriendly lady at the register gave me change for a 10 $ bill while I have her a 20 $ bill. She refused to give me the rest of the change! Never had this kind of experience before. What a lack of service!!! Will not be returning to any McDonalds soon, what a policy. Should have asked her to view the camera footage!

I rarely go to McDonald’s, but i made an exception as i received a free oatmeal coupon. Free is not always good…
The location is clean and the line moved fast. But Murphy’s law would kick in and my order would take 4 – 5 minutes. I found this unacceptable because how hard is it to sling some oatmeal into a damn cup?!?
Anyways, I ordered an apple cinnamon oatmeal (i think):
Breakfast is supposed to be satisfying. My oatmeal experience felt more like a last minute preparation without any love…
