Really great service with a smile!!! Loved the music and lots of room for after-work groups to sit/stool/stand and mingle! The prices were great and I felt able to actually treat for some drinks here, buying a round without breaking the bank! Had the spinach artichoke dip and it was so good, I was forced to share! I love the«Mean Fiddler UpShow» where you can post a photo to instagram and be featured on a big screen slideshow throughout the night! All in all, great spot for drinks and catching up!

This place is a disaster after 10pm. They have a coat rack, then they TAKEIT, and put it in the«mandatory coat check» the charge you $ 2 to get it out. Now the $ 2 isn’t the issue. The fact they steal your coat, and then they make you describe it to get it back is absolutely ridiculous. If you were in before the coat rack rules, the bouncers harass you to no end about the coat check. The management here is disgusting.

I have never had a bad night at this place, seriously. I went there for my birthday and then again for my bachelorette party! Whenever we go there, we head straight down stairs to the karaōke room. The DJ there is super friendly and knows how to keep the party going! She plays dance hits in between the karaōke requests. It’s free to sing, and they have a good selection of songs. The drinks are CHEAP, generous and strong. The dancing is always good, and each time I’ve been I’ve ended up meeting someone cool. It’s a youngish crowd but not college-y. If you like karaōke, dancing, bars where everyone is having fun — singing and at the top of their lungs — with strong cheap drinks — this place is for you!

I went there for karaōke in the basement on a Saturday night and the dj rudely demands tips and won’t play any of the songs you request unless you pay her $ 20. If you want to pay for karaōke, go to k town and get your own private room.

It’s a decent place. It can be a bit hot inside(over 80 degrees) when it’s crowded likely because of body heat and poor air conditioning. The downstairs lounge is pretty nice, and they offer karaōke on Fridays at around 10PM or so. The bartender Sabrina is also nice. It’s a nice bar to visit, but not the best. I would recommend checking it out.

Just got here for a party. Place is hopping! Great music, warm atmosphere. Sabrina made me a red-headed slut shot and I couldn’t be warmer or fuzzier. Definitely looking forward to coming back!

We heard some fresh jams walking by the fiddler and ducked in for some happy hour brews. And then we met Sabrina our bartender. Nice irish girl. Banging ass, great boobs and we said«what the fuck, let’s stay here»!! Cold beer, friendly and good prices. Our new hangout when in town.

Had fish and chips here while visiting New York. Food was really great and the servers were awesome! Authentic Irish gals with great accents. Even though it was in the middle of Times Square it felt like we were at a local pub.

Super cool place. Great place to hang out if you want to avoid pretentious and expensive night clubs. The karaōke bar is also awesome and the dance floors plays good numbers. Crowd is not that upscale but there aren’t hooligans either. The bouncers keep folks in check.

Back in NYC again and visited my favourite pub. We ended up staying all day and had lot of nice drinks. Una from Dublin was really entertaining and gave us lots of tips about where to visit on our trip to Italy, Spain and France as she used to live there. The food was delicious even better than my last visit. Excellent service from Una and great drinks and food. Great place to visit in Times Square.

This review is for February 2, 2014. I never got to post this because I had more important priorities in my life but something I observed recently revived my experience with this place. It was Super Bowl Sunday of 2014 and my friend and I were looking for a place to have an after party and celebrate the Seahawks victory. We met a friendly security guard who checked our IDs and apparel and granted us permission to enter the venue. My friend and I loved the ambience of the environment and began socializing with the crowd. We even bought two drinks. Shortly after, perhaps 30 minutes spent, a man in a black button down shirt asked us who we were with and we said its just us two. He then told us that we needed to buy drinks. We were shocked because we were never told there was a drink minimum to enter any bar, let alone at the front door of the venue. We tried telling him that we had already bought two drinks but he just walked away from us, leaving us talking to ourselves instead of listening to us. As the night progress the same man came up to us and told us to leave the venue. We asked him why? What happened? Is everything okay? He gave us no explanation and just said we must go. Thankfully for us, the guard that escorted us was able to answer the question. In pure disappointment he told us that the manager wanted us out because«we looked a certain way». What a coward move! He didn’t even have the nerve to tell us to our faces why he wanted us out. The point of this review is that this place has a racist manager or racist management. This is clearly unacceptable and unwarranted. Feel free to go here if you support racism, otherwise find a venue where diversity is embraced and cultures of all kinds can socialize.

Been coming here since they opened. They’ve come along way. Great for locals who want a quick bite with friendly bar staff. Attracts lotsa tourists and the Irish boys with their cute accents. Food is good/bar food the drinks are strong. And I dare you to get on the bar and dance– it’s allowed and free shots ! Always a good time here– it’s amazing who you meet. Cool. Fun. And close to everything. Once the alcohol kicks your as$ go next door and order a pizza to soak it up then come back for more. DJ on weekends — Flatscreens Two levels Beer pong and karaōke. See you there!

Only been here once and it was a friday night. Sound system is great. too bad the DJ played an odd mix of songs. At a certain point he started playing country/rock stuff cause he wanted to take a break and wanted to cool down the crowd. Make a mix so you can step off without killing the vibe. Drink prices were pretty standard for hell’s kitchen/theatre district. The crowd wasn’t as touristy as I thought it would be. If you like a loud, fun place to dance and have some drinks and hang out with friends this is a good spot to be. Mixed crowd. I would go back for sure.

I can be mean, but I’m no fiddler. BUT if you are one and proud, you can probably find yourself here, fiddling around to bad music, clueless European tourist chicks, and a few drinks. We came here as our last stop after being surrounded by all the wild debauchery at The Ritz and in comparison, this was a lot more calmer and less congested – it’s a regular bar with ample dancing space. So, I really don’t enjoy nightlife in Times Square other than Latitude, but this didn’t feel like a horrible bar and didn’t seem to be pervaded with tourists. Super thirsty guys – I mean, those damn fiddlers – who won’t get off your back, but that’s prevalent in any other bar, though. Ordered a Toasted Almond and it was the best Toasted Almond I’ve ever had. The bartender chick who made the drink mixed a lot of Amaretto in it – though the alcohol wasn’t strong, taste is more important for me but it was a pricey $ 11. Music is average; lots of top 40, and at one point, the DJ started pouring out soft, mellow country music… blech. It doesn’t really have a dance-friendly setting and space is more for your typical drink-in-hand, standing groups. Mad I didn’t use my check-in offer but hopefully, there will be a next time.

This place is great, happy hour gives you the best bang for your buck. The food is great and probably one of the best bar foods ive had overall. Came from Dallas to New York, I went at 3pm for happy hour lunch on a Tuesday it was the first place I stubbled on and I was curious. The food was super good, i had the Grilled Chicken Caesar sandwich and WOW it was good! Had 2 happy hour Margaritas which were also super good. I liked it so much that my hubby and i went back a 2nd time on friday night, music was good and we had dinner. i had Buffalo Chicken sandwich and he had The New Yorker Burger we inhaled the food because its was super good. My only thing about the Buffalo Chicken Sandwick was it was a bit too saucey. But still great taste. Definitely stop by this place it will not dissappoint.
