Heard about Mike from my BFF in New York and found out he could «remote-​in» to my computer — meaning basically that he could see my desktop and use it as if it were his own. Mike did a great job and also made smart decisions about new equipment to buy, as well as where to get it and how to set it up. He was also kind and funny — and he understood it when my kid was talking over me, and even made me laugh. Worth every penny, and I didn’t even have to leave my house.

Mike makes computer issues as painless as they can be. My mom used him and referred him to a friend, who also was happy with his work. I recently used him to set up a computer. I’ve also sought advice on buying computers from him. His prices are reasonable.
Until computers set themselves up and solve their own problems, I’ll be calling Mike for help.

I didn’t actually work with Mike in person, but had an email exchange. I wrote him a quick question about a problem I was having. He responded within minutes and, even though he wasn’t able to help me, sent a second response giving suggestions. I respect any business person who will help another even when they know they won’t make a dime. That’s respect. And that’s someone I will refer to and give my business to if I ever need his services. I would highly recommend Mike. He was very professional, punctual, extremely knowledgable and was able to explain things in a way I could understand. He was also patient with me. He came to help me learn how use Apple TV, record programs and know which remote to use! I will definitely be calling him again.

Mike is a whole IT department in one when you need it. He is almost always available within a day to come to your apartment, and has the breadth of knowledge to fix most problems on the day he comes over. He also does email consultations. For a freelancer or anyone who does not work in an office with technicians, he is a necessary resource.

I have now called upon Mike twice, both times to solve mysteries and make things work properly after cable and other unskilled installers had messed them up. Wish I had dealt with him to set things up at the start.
Computers, routers, wireless extenders, DVD players, TVs, you name it, he can diagnose and fix the issue. Getting multiple pieces of hardware in a network to communicate is no easy trick, and Mike has a deep understanding of how to make that happen. Plus, he is totally professional and great to talk to about how to use and enjoy what you have once it’s all working properly!
I recommend him wholeheartedly.
