TRI-BOX

This is absolutely my favorite work out class I have ever taken. Tribox encapsulates literally everything you need in a work out class — high energy level, great cardio, strength training, amazing music. The best part about this class is that you never stop moving. Eilon combines strength training with cardio and mixes it up enough that you never get too tired of a move and you always want to keep going.
The music also needs it’s own paragraph. So much of a great work out is about the music that motivates you, and these mixes are INCREDIBLE. You forget you are even working out because the music is so fun, upbeat, and it changes every class, so you never get bored. The class literally flies by because of it!
All in all, I’d recommend Tribox to anyone who is looking for a great cardio and strength training combination. I always come out feeling great and most importantly I feel stronger and more toned. This is the only class I’ve taken where I’ve seen actual results in my body.

1. Despises working out… At all… Ever.
2. Thinks group classes are ridiculous, intimidating and embarrassing!
Yet here I am declaring that I love Tri-​box! Any class I have attempted in the city is all about showing off… no thanks, You’ll find me in the corner. Tri-​box is like going to my favorite club. The lights are dim, the music is awesome, and the instructor creates a judgement free zone and it doesn’t hurt that he’s adorable and fun! No matter what my mood is going in I somehow leave feeling so motivated and happy. The class is an insane work out but time flies and you really do have fun even sweating your ass off! The next day I am sore in all the right places and can’t wait until my next class. If only all workouts could be like this!

Tri-​Box is a workout that will most definitely kick your ass and leave you wanting more.
Since they’re part of ClassPass, I decided to take advantage and join in on the fun to switch up my workouts a bit. The class takes part in The Ball which is a dance facility. The studio they use for the class is long and narrow but if your class is on the smaller side, it’s not all that bad.
The instructor really puts you to work for the entire 45 minutes you’re there. He practices «active recovery» which is something I’ve grown to love since beginning trampoline classes a year ago (jumping jacks quickly become your favorite cool-​down method). The class incorporates boxing, kickboxing, and core. The core routine was the most difficult, believe it or not.
Overall, this class is a ton of fun and the 45 minutes truly fly by. I looked down at my HRM and thought only 10 minutes had passed when it was really 30 minutes. Now if only the facility could lower the heat. It was blasting out of the radiator and I was soaked by the end of the class.
