Thank you, Royce, for helping me with my phone when I inadvertently changed a weird setting on my Galaxy IV phone and became unable to write or respond to texts. You are patient, very smart and exceptionally nice. When I buy my next phone, I will look for you!

DO NOT GO HERE! they totally misled me on what i was getting — i’ve been on the phone for 2 days fixing their lies. they also over charge for their accessories and then offer to discount, which comes to list price, go to a real Verizon store, there are plenty in the neighborhood or the Apple store if you’re getting an iphone.

Five stars across the board! Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. Kyle and Encore were so polite, fast, and friendly, they made my day. As they were resolving my original problem, I brought up another issue, and they worked to find a solution for that too– one that other Verizon employees (ahem Canal St) never knew of, or cared to share. Cherry on top– their ideas saved me a ton of cash. Bring your Verizon troubles to these guys and give them the chance to take care of you. If you’re super sweet they just may waive some service fees. Happened to me!!!
