We have been using this dry cleaner for a long time now. It has been semi satisfactory, since quite often we needed to ask to clean the clothes again since the job was not well done. Recently we ask to clean silk tie and it came back damaged. The threads were pulled in the middle of a tie making it not wearable. The cleaners not only did not admit its fault, saying that this is due to bad material (silk). The man behind the counter started being incredibly rude, and so was the manager who came to tell me that this is not their fault that the tie is not damaged. Not only they did not offer return on a $ 100 tie, but asked me to pay for the cleaning.
If you have any delicate things that need to be dry cleaned don’t go to this dry cleaner since they obviously don’t know what they are doing.
