As many others have already said, this Walgreens is well-located next to the 6 train station(although it has been under construction lately.) There is a wide range of products and a huge cards section in the back. The layout can be somewhat confusing, in my personal opinion. It seems weird that household items are on the other end of personal items like make-up, but that might just be a personal preference. The upside is that the store never has long lines for checkout, so you will never be waiting in too long of a line to buy anything(unlike a nearby pharmacy that I won’t mention.) The pharmacy itself is also well-staffed and usually does not require a long wait. The pharmacists themselves are friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Compared to other pharmacies in the area, this one is best for flu shots and picking up medications. In summary, I wouldn’t say it’s the best Walgreens ever, but I think it definitely gets the job done.

Have a wide variety of snacks and candies to choose from but why am I paying close to $ 4 for a bag of the good stuff?! Especially since it is half the price in Brooklyn. The line is long! There is always people lining up to check out and they only have 2 – 3 cash registers open at a time. I would only come here to grab a quick snack before catching the train.

A great location for a Walgreen’s. Located on the corner and top of a train station commuters often cone here. You can pick up a snack on the go or sit down with a beauty consultant here. I primary came here today because of the consultant. Most Walgreens don’t offer this service and some that do just has rude staff that don’t want to be there. Today I got help from Jessica who was very pleasant. She answered every question I had with full detail and even provided me tips and instructions that was simple and easy to follow along with. Other than that I usually stop by this walgreens when ever I need some refreshments or photo printing service. Prices can be a little high compared to Brooklyn Walgreen’s but come on it’s Manhattan so expect high prices.

Overpriced due to high rents. Used to have a better collection of sundries. They seem to be more into the food business now than Big Pharma products. I liked the store better when it wasn’t run by tax evaders, too.

It’s a Walgreens. They do cashback. And they sell candy. They have cold cuts and sushi, but neither seemed any good.

A great pharmacy located next door to Touro College, right of the F-train. I came here because i desperately needed a flu shot. It was work related. It was a few days before finals, so yea, my timing has never great. The process was quick and painless. The Pharmacist, Christina, was very kind and informative. She answered my questions precisely and professionally. She filled out my work form rapidly. i was in and out 20min. I even got a nice little red«W» bandage over the site, where I received the flu shot(Anterior aspect of Deltoid). This pharmacy also has a lot of small bites and snacks for class or whatever, Products are by NICE! peep it, Unilocalers.

I’m very impressed by this location because it is very well organized & there is ample space for things. Nothing is crammed. The pharmacy staff is always able to help & go above and beyond. Even if there is a long line during«rush hour», it goes by quickly because they have multiple cashiers. Kudos to management here.

Very well organized Walgreens. Love the snacks & drinks section! I am a sucker for deals especially for snacks! I really like this particular Walgreens. Everything is so put together, well organized, and always in stock. This Walgreens is humongous and I can spend hours in there just shopping! The cashiers are always so friendly, not only to customers but even to each other. You can see that they’re pretty satisfied at work. Their stock team was really awesome especially I got to see them with boxes and all restocking the candy section so diligently. This is a great location for Walgreens because there are a lot of corporate offices and schools around. It is very convenient for me to step in to buy my snacks before getting on the train. I shop here in the evenings after class and it’s not crowded at all.

So this is a walgreens and there’s really not much that establishes this walgreens from any other, except maybe the fact that it is open 24 hours, but being in the city– most of it’s competitors like CVS are too. What I like about this walgreens is that it’s right by the 23rdstreet station which is an absolute advantage. It’s also pretty big, lots of stuff here. as some reviews may have mentioned before it is hard to navigate but just keep in mind it isn’t all that large so there shouldn’t be too much of an issue. So, the lines are kinda Long here because it is a busy area(disadvantage of being right by the train). The customer service in my opinion was plain, not much really to report on that. Same hello, thank you, bye. I would come here just to pick up some stuff but there’s nothing too outstanding.

Not my favorite Walgreens, I always feel like I’m walking in circles trying to find something, when I know I JUST saw it. I kind of go out of my way to not go to this one and end up walking to Union Square instead. Not horrible, just not my favorite… yes. I love me some Walgreens.

I like the customer service here, first time they took care of customers… I went to get a electronic toothbrush but it was locked. Asked for. assistance and they directed me to where it was and someone came and told me they will be right with me because the other customer was First and they came immediately after and helped me choose the right toothbrush. And rang me up, almost forgot my phone and they reminded me… great service

A number of years ago this Walgreens renovated and changed its layout. The checkout area is now in the center of the store. It had been located along the bank of windows to the left of the entrance. Chips, beverages, and other snacks are in that space now. This center checkout area, along with additional changes, required removing other aisles and products resulting in less variety than what is offered currently. This lack of variety is what generates a three star rating. The plus side is being open 24⁄7 and the cashiers are usually friendly.

When I am suffering from allergies it is great to have a Walgreens nearby with plenty of over the counter drugs to help relief the agony of stuffy noise, sneezing and itchy eyes. Plus: Helpful staff Full pharmacy 24-hours clean well lite coupons near my office cravings for snacks & chocolate!

This is one freaking big Walgreen’s! I usually come here for gum, chips or Chobani yogurt. The Chobani’s are $ 1.49, not bad at all. They have 5 cashiers that keep lines moving fast. They offer whatever you’re looking for at mostly cheaper prices. I did buy a yogurt once that tasted bitter as hell but, that was once out of the 50 times I’ve come here so ill cut em some slack.

Huge store with a wide range of products. Maybe it’s just me but the prices seemed a bit expensive. It’s conveniently located by the 6 train. I bought some snacks before class, but I forgot to use my points card. I wish the cashier would have asked me. That’s one recommendation I’d suggest to management.

Came in here on a rainy Sunday night in need of some relief. Sometimes the doctors don’t tell you about all the side affects for taking certain medications. Couldn’t find any heroin for the pain relief and the magazine selection was sub lime. Really no Playboy, ooh wait i am sick where is the sick isle. Dam, wait there is the sick isle. And there are no people to help you, better put on my glasses so I don’t walk around like a buffoon aimlessly wandering the store in circles. Well I found my pain relief but the pharmacists said he couldn’t give me morphine if I don’t have a prescription. And I also left with a bag of candy, toothbrushes, soap everybody needs soap, chewing gum and the all important box of cookies. Dam I only needed pain relief, now I gotta go out and get some stomach relief.

I used to always pick up my prescriptions here when our office was on Madison Square Park. The store itself is large, but I rarely used it for anything other than the pharmacy. The pharmacy lines can get quite long, but you can call in your prescription ahead of time and skip waiting for it there.

Dear Shoppers, I don’t work here! I’m not the pharmacist! How the hell would I know where the cold medicine is? FYI, I got a D in high school chemistry. So there.

NO. So slow. Why is the line so long? Why are there so many crappy pharmacies in New York City? The One Hour Photo people are incredibly slow and lethargic. The layout is confusing and there is never anyone to help you. Cosmetics department is less extensive than most Duane Reades. And I’m guessing their pharmacy services are slow, too.
