WeWork NoMad

WeWork Nomad has been incredible for me and my startup, Project Expedition. We have been in the Labs space for almost a full year now and the experience has been all positive. Connections to investors, reliable and consistent access to resources and facilities, events and social gatherings… you name it and they have worked to make it happen. I personally have to give a lot of this credit to Alex Loss who manages the Labs space and who has gone out of his way on numerous occasions when I have had to make special requests.

I can’t imagine there being a better co-​working space in NYC, that’s how much I’ve enjoyed my now 6 month stay at WeWork Nomad. The community is dynamic and the energy is incredible. A big shout out to Alex Loss who has done a fantastic job facilitating meaningful networking events that have offered tons of value to my company. I’d highly recommend looking into Nomad, whether you’re independent or a small team.

Excellent co — working environment, and comfortable common areas with coffee/​beer tap. The community managers go above and beyond to keep members happy, and do whatever they can to see your company succeed. There’s never a dull moment with daily events, speakers, workshops, meetups, happy hours, and free food. Definitely recommend it to someone who is looking for a top notch co — working space!

I’ve worked at a few Co-​Working spaces in my day and this one is really something else. It’s such an amazing environment. The managers really take care of you and do everything in their power to help your business succeed. There are constantly events going on to better educate you on different topics and a LOT of free food. The best part is that it’s relatively cheaper than any other co-​working space. Really an amazing deal here.

So… I haven’t write a review on here for a long time, but today I felt like I should, because I’m not doing anything in my office. lol
I’m originally from the office at WeWork Park South, but after friend of mine told me about the NoMad office, I thought I stop by and check it out.
The office I saw I immediately felt in love with, is a window office facing the Madison Ave.
I love the environment here, every morning I come in, my coffee is always ready for me, you know how we New Yorkers, we gotta have our coffee in the morning before starting our day :-)
I also love the 24 hours access into the building and into my office, even though is a share office space, but is just like having my own private office in the private building, I can come and go anytime I want.
The WeWork team here are amazing, and I’m not just saying that. lol
For example, the manager Vy used to run this office, unfortunately she got promoted and moved onto another office, she really went out her way to help you if you need her, during business hours or off business hours. I know right? Off business hours? Yes, I’m not kidding, she really the best.
Abigail is great too, I don’t really know what her position is, or what she do here, but anytime I needed something, she on it.
For example, my key card not working one day for no reason, and you know how difficult it is for us not to have access in and out of the building.
10 minutes later I went downstairs, and the doorman asked me «So you are the big shot»
I was like what are you talking about?
He said WeWork management just called the building manager and asked her to reactive my keycard immediately, and the building manager is off day! So she called me and told me to do it right the way, is very important.
I felt so… special. lol
But I really do appreciated their help all around, they are really a great team, and great people

Nice space with nice common areas and free coffee/​beer tap even if you visit a friend. This is an up and coming business and it’s done well. The facility is clean and the cubicles are arranged in a modern fashion. If you’re looking for a work space it’s a great way to meet people. Cubicles are 750 a month normally so it would be like renting another apartment but potentially worth it!
