THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They overcharged me more than $ 100 for an iPhone. When I realized the error and returned to call them out on it, they refused to refund the overcharge «because they threw in free accessories that totaled the approximate amount of the overcharge.» I failed miserably at getting them to understand that «free accessories» are not in fact «free» if I have already paid for them. I was visibly upset and the manager refused to continue dealing with me and oh-​so-​professionally stormed off into the basement. I asked the sales associates for the manager’s name so I could file a complaint with the company and they claimed they «didn’t know what it was.» STAY AWAY.
