My office just started using ZeroCater for lunches 3 day a week. It has been a great experience thus far. The food arrives promptly and based on the lack of leftovers it is obvious they only cater from well respected establishments. The allow you to recommend other places for your offices or group but the restaurant has to be 4 stars or higher on Unilocal.I find that interesting considering ZeroCater doesn’t advertise on Unilocal.
My only concern is the provided serving utensils. We have had several break because they are made of cheap plastic.

Absolutely incredible customer service. Usually always on time, but once when the truck was stuck in traffic the woman I work with at zero cater stayed in touch constantly until it arrived (only 10 min late)!!! Seriously you cannot go wrong with a meal from them!
