I stand there for like 5 minutes… no one was in line, only me. Two employees walking back and forward. No one asked me what I want to order. no hello, no welcome, nothing. I just walked out. WTF?

I had a snack here today of pretzels and nacho cheese dip. The pretzel was good, but not as good as wetzel pretzels. These were a bit on the dry side and a bit more salty. There’s a weird aftertaste in the pretzels. The nacho cheese was really awful. It was just very very salty. I won’t be back again. Customer service is excellent though!

Whenever we drop by New Park mall, I always get some pretzel bites for myself and my family to nibble on. Most of the time, the food is great. However, the last time I purchased the pretzel bites from here, the pretzel was stale/dry. It looked and tasted like it was there for a while. Also, in the past, the cashier will automatically give me a stamp card. This time… nothing. She didn’t even ask me if I had one.

Seriously. Carbs done right! Yummy, consistent pretzels/nuggets what have you! Beware, there are spurs of long lines at this location(or any?) but the service is great and the food is on point! I got the large cup of cinnamon sugar nuggets and I was SOEXCITED to try it! First bite, I was into heaven! Warm and sweet, perfect with a cup of coffee! Only thing is, I realized over half my cup was packed with cinnamon sugar! There could have been a few more pieces more if it was actually filled. Standard prices! Nothing too crazy, but definitely only worth it when I need something to munch on in the mall.

Was really disappointed in the service today. There were no pretzels available and so everyone had to come back to get their ordrrs which wasn’t so bad, what WAS, was the attitude of the worker’s. Rude, no thank you, no explanation as to why they had no pretzels made, just rude service.

The assistant manager, Tammy here was very rude in how she dealt with her customers. She never seems to deliver a happy service. I love the pretzels here, as well as the cool lemonades and mixers, but customer service is key. I don’t even feel like coming back here. For $ 7 – 8 for a pretzel and a drink, I can go to many other places for food. However, there is a younger african american female who does a great job and is very customer orientated.

The long lines here are due to inefficient back operations. I’ve been to other Auntie Anne’s before which are more streamlined and seem to have better order management systems. The pretzels were decent and on par with other locations BUT the service operations were not — long lines to order, and also a line to collect the pretzel — for some reason they are not anticipating the demand properly or do not have enough staff. Several people in line left and didn’t even bother; if I had my lunch that day, I would have followed their lead.

Auntie Anne’s has the best Pretzel dogs. Not kidding! My favorite one is the Jalapeño ones but I just like the Jalapeño flavor that lingers on the crust after I take off the Jalapeños. I’m too weak sauce to eat them otherwise. If you go later in the day, these are made-to-order and so would require about 12 minute wait. However, this means you get the freshest pretzel dog possible, made just for you. To me, it is totally worth the wait! These are pricey considering that they don’t really fill you up much, BUT they have been doing a buy 3 get 1 free pretzel dog promotion so it makes it a little more worth it!

I am waiting in line with 11 others and only one taking orders, 3 in the back, one rolling. Really

Came here this past weekend and bought 2 almond pretzels, but was very disappointed to bite into BITTER, limp, over-buttery pretzels. I’ve never had this experience with Auntie Anne’s before, but I’m disappointed I wasted my money there. I’m never going back again, and I suggest you go somewhere else for pretzels.

I really like their pepperoni pretzel and would used to get one each time I visit the mall. It taste like a pizza sorta but with a pretzel crust. ALWAYSALWAYS insist on waiting the 10 – 15 minutes for a new batch of pretzels to be made. A FRESHLY out of the oven pretzel taste 10 times better than one sun bathing under the heat lamp. Just tell the cashier you want a fresh one when you order. I also tried their frozen and regular lemonade. My suggestion? Stick with a pretzel. That’s what this place is known for — their pretzels, not their lemonades. If you want a lemonade, get it elsewhere. If you want a pretzel, give AUNTIEANNE’S a try!!! And remember to order a FRESH one. THREE stars for a satisfying pepperoni pretzel.

My son loves pretzels! I use to like them myself but then i decided to embark on a low carb diet and well… i had to say goodbye to pretzels. This specific spot is always packed, i don’t know why. It’s right by the food court so you would think that people would be lured to the rest of the food Newpark Mall has to offer but nope! Auntie Anne’s always has a line. It’s fun to see how they make the pretzels too, those ladies have some real talent… they are perfectly shaped every time! :) I am not fond of their lemonade, it’s way too sweet for my taste.

What was I expecting, this is after all mall food court… but on serious note, i was craving. CRAVING pretzel so I decided to get one. Service was meh. nothing really stands out(not that it matters, i just wanted pretzel). but the part that I got reallly bummed at was the pretzel itself. I took a bite out of it and instanlty had to inspect the pretzel. It tasted like the burned side of a frying pan. the bottom of the pretzel was burnt and tasted oily, greasy, and idk how to describe it .i guess you can go lick the bottom of a frying pan and see what I am talking about. despite the fact that this is a fast food chain, it is pretty pricy. i don’t believe in paying extra for a dipping sauce. i have had a better experience with the other pretzel store downstairs.

I LOVE their pretzle dogs, they are SO good. Just thinking about them makes my mouth water =x The sour cream and onion sticks are a favorite as well… as is the almond pretzel nomnom. Pretzels are always fresh and always good quality(= Oh and Catalina is the best pretzel maker, she makes it look so easy!(=

4 stars JUST because I LOVELOVE their Nathan’s pretzel dogs. So flipping addicting! Other than that, they always have plenty of people working so service is really quick. Plus I go there a lot and with every 6 I buy, I get a free pretzel so I can’t complain. Now that I have my pretzel dog fix if only Jamba Juice would have those BOGO coupons again my work life will be complete. Haha.

Because of the Holidays, the malls have been packed and the lines in the food court have been long. Auntie Anne’s was no exception. There were only 5 people ahead of us, but for some reason we waited in line for about 15 minutes before we were served. Why did we wait? My sister had a hankering for a pig in a blanket, the hot dog wrapped in pretzel dough. The wait was worth it. We each ordered our favorite pretzel and we were all satisfied. They have good lemonade, too. It’s neither too tart, nor too sweet. Yummy snack, especially when you’re in a rush on a Sunday afternoon. The wait was just a drag.
