Avoid at all costs. I ordered a double shot on the rocks and they brought me a margarita and tried to blame me(you order on a touchscreen and mine said shot). Next they brought me a double shot which was clearly less than one shot. Not a great place to hang out.

Another serviceless drone docking station replete with greasy fingerprinted broken ipad menu ordering tragedy devices substituting for the curt zombies that SHOULD be taking your order of bland ludicrously overpriced airport fare. Can’t wait to come back. The«OTG Experience» is fairly akin to an ice-cold acid enema. They won’t ever care because you have no choice once past the TSA… we are OTG … You Will Be Assimilated(or go hungry)

Cool concept. While waiting for your flight, you sit at the bar, watch a million tv screens, order your drinks and food on a tiny tablet, and the 1 waitress(for the whole bar) brings you the food. It took forever, the drinks were refreshing, the food was meh and everything was expensive. These high-tech airport restos may be unique but they are def not for me.

Short review, this place is not so great. We wanted a sit down meal before our flight, and the food here is mediocre, it comes from a central kitchen somewhere in Terminal C. I think we would have fared better with one of the fast food places adjacent to the restaurant. The waitstaff was good, friendly, no complaints there. I like the fact that you can use your United Miles to pay for food, but that’s about it

Wine and appetizers were good, but it is expensive for the quality. The Vietnamese BBQ Roast Pork sliders and Korean Chicken Sandwich were both good.

Well this place gets Two stars because they have cold beer… that is it. The exterior of this airport beer garden boasts the most grandiose selection I have seen in a airport bar however once you get inside the bottle selection is limited to 10… yes 10 bottle/can beers ½ of which they are out of. And if that wasn’t enough ask for 1 of the 3 draft beers they have on tap… yea they«just ran out of CO2» I was sitting here for 3 hours… and well guess what… Mr Blutarsky(spelling:John Belushi animal house) 0.0 Horrible STAYAWAY!!! Trekked what felt like the entire(huge!) airport before finding sushi here! Little did I know there was another sushi place a few steps away as well. I might have chosen the other as this place was super busy. They actually had a ton of seating though, and we managed to squeeze out way into two seats at the sushi bar, which is always ideal for sushi lovers! The place was a bit unusual, but I suppose that’s just because it was more high tech than most restaurants I’ve seen. All ordering and asking for service was done via the iPad in front of every seat. I loved having the iPad to also use for personal needs as well. Also, I did think all the bottlecaps on the base of the bar was a super cool touch too! The service wasn’t anything to brag about as the sushi chef never even spoke with us as it seemed he was more into arguing with his co-workers. The hostess(or whatever she was) seemed pretty friendly, but then I had to press the call button on iPad twice and wait a while for her to return. Perhaps they were just a bit on the busy side and never know if they were understaffed or whatever else, so I tend to forgive things like that. Overall, a good find at this airport if you have time to sit, unwind, and enjoy some delicious Asian cuisine. Definitely not meant for a quick rush, but this airport has plenty other options for that just a few steps from here anyway. The prices seemed high but to be expected in an airport and quality was really great.

Great bar. Super fun atmosphere, with really nice staff. The bartender was very friendly and helpful and let me try a sample of their cider, which led to me ordering a cocktail made with it.(If you’re a cider fan Downeast is great.) Their selection is extensive which my beer geek husband loved. It was nice to try stuff we haven’t had access to since we moved to the Midwest from the East Coast. While the prices are sky high, that’s to be expected at an east coast airport. If you’ve got a layover in Newark I highly recommend checking this bar out!

My wife and I swung by for a drink after lunch, so I can’t vouch for their food, but I was pretty impressed by the drink offerings at Caps. I got a Victory Double IPA, which was one of many great craft beer offerings available. My wife first tried a sample of a Maine hard cider to see if she liked it(she did, — it was awesome) and then ordered a cider Margarita with it. This unique creation stole the show. It was well balanced, crisp and refreshing, without being overly sweet. I’m a big beer guy, but I was pretty tempted by that drink! Yes, the prices are high(beers are around $ 8-$ 11, and cocktails are around $ 14), but it’s an airport bar. What’re you gonna do? If I’m going to pay top dollar for a drink, at least I know I can get a great one here!

They use iPads for ordering. It’s terrible. A combination of this confounded thing and my babk’s security has seized up my card’s activity. So, now I get to travel internationally with no money until I can talk to someone at my bank.(I am realizing now that my small bank, although slightly less criminal than the mega banks, is not great if customer service requires waiting until Monday morning. Two days away.) As my bank viewed it, every time a new item was ordered, it charged my account the whole of the tab. I wasn’t expecting a $ 850 lunch. The servers were very pleasant though.

We were rather excited as we walked into Caps, beautifully done with iPads for ordering food and wine/beer. And great views of the airport crowd walking by. My rose arrived Luke warm rather than chilled but the reason I’m giving it only one star is that when our vegetable noodles arrived mine had only noodles without any Veges as opposed to my husbands which looked like actual vegetable noodles. We would’ve never realized the difference if we had ordered different things. Very disappointed with the food

So many people hating on this airport beer garden I had to chime in. Although I didn’t dine, it was a welcomed experience. To those of you who are missing the human interaction and being doted over by your server, go to ANY other restaurant in the airport. Sometimes I don’t want to talk to servers and go through the motions. I wanted to get some work done, drink a beer, and charge my phone. I happily did all of those things and didn’t need to search for a server to get the check etc… I swiped my card and walked away. The staff, although in the background were very polite and helpful. After running out of the beer I ordered, the manager gave me a double sized brew at no extra charge. I would welcome these in airports all over.

Had the Vietnamese Pork Sliders & the Chicken Lettuce Wraps. They have top drawer beer & spirits. All the food place have converted to iPads for POS& they were glitchy but our server handled the issue. The food was spot on and a welcome change for typical airport food!

Stopped by this place prior to our flight. It’s pretty cool to have an iPad at each seat for ordering and entertaining. I wish the space between each seat was wider. Everything was pretty pricy. Oh well, I guess it’s just like any other airport restaurants.

I’m gonna have to set my standards a bit lower here, considering this is airport food we’re talking about. While waiting for my flight, I sat here and ordered a double Grey Goose on the rocks plus a few pieces of nigiri sushi(yellowtail, fatty tuna, and grilled eel). I must say, the sushi was pretty fresh; far better than I’d expected. And the drink is kinda hard to screw up. It did the trick in loosening me up before the flight. Yes, it was pretty damn pricey. But again, this is at an airport, so that should be expected. The service was fine. You submit your order from an iPad, which I thought was pretty cool. Very little interaction required with the wait staff, unless there’s a problem.

I was able to grab a seat at the bar and quickly order my beer through the iPad app with no issues. Good beer selection for an airport bar. I didn’t order any food, so I can’t comment on that.

Decent food, good drink selection, convenient ordering, lots of charging stations, and decent service. I like the convenience a lot and the open concept. I haven’t been blown away by anything but it’s definitely good enough.

Great quality for airport food. The waitresses are very friendly and always have a smile. This place only accepts credit cards because u have to pay in the iPads provided in each table. Cool concept but i find the payment in advanced a bit different because it ask for gratuity before you been served. Luckily the waitress i received was really nice, worth her tip.

The food was okay. The crabcake was a little too fishy asked for Ginger if this happens to yo. u The water tasted like Seaweed. Not the typical New Jersey Tap water taste. Waste staff is very good. Tip a little extra you cheap people !! They give you a free cookie. It’s a good place to sit when you’re waiting for your international flight there’s two plugs per person.

Don’t bother ordering food here. Totally overpriced and the quality is total crap. Just get drinks,(though that wasn’t great either. My Chardonnay just arrived lukewarm. Bleccch) only thing going for this place: service is really friendly!
