I stopped here today, on my way home from doing errands, to pick up some donuts. The place was larger than you would expect, from looking at the outside. Well there was a guy working behind the counter and a guy who came in(left his car running, windows downs, rap music blaring and a little girl sleeping in the back) who were just chit chatting with each other. So I had to stand there until the customer left so I could order. No other customers or employees anywhere. The guy behind the counter didn’t apologize or even acknowledge me standing there. So I ordered my donuts and then he starts asking me if I had off today and where I worked, which was just weird to me since I’ve never seen him before in my life. I paid and left. Well to top it off the donuts were not the normal sized donuts, you’d expect from a Dunkin Donuts, they were noticeably smaller. With as many D&D locations around, I won’t be coming back to this one again.

I worked at a Dunkin Donuts for three years back in my prime and trust me… I know what the coffee should taste like. I could make it in my sleep. Let me just tell you… their iced coffee tastes like straight up newark tap water with some cream and sugar in it. There’s no possible way they make the iced coffee correctly. The water to coffee ratio is so off. It doesn’t even taste like coffee to me. I do like the staff tho. I just wish they knew how to make coffee properly.

I’ve been going to do this Dunkin Donuts for eight years. The food is good, but the staff is terrible. The staff is slow to accept coupons and is constantly trying to get you to buy more food. A certain woman keeps trying to scam me by adding money onto my order. It is ridiculous. She also keeps putting my change into the tip jar as it seems she tried to do to the last reviewer. How dare she!

** update** Since I last posted my review things have changed. Let’s say you have your mobile app, and the special is $ 1.99 any breakfast sandwich. Ok great, you go in on that premise. Then as you are walking in, you see that all iced coffees are 99-cents, all day. Awesome! Hold your horses, partner! The female cashier(who I think it married or related somehow to the owners) won’t let you use the deal. We went in last week for this very same order, and while she was making the coffee, we scanned our app, and the register gave us both prices. When she saw this, she said, «no, no, you are not getting deal!» and tried to change the price on the iced coffee! We told her we would not pay that, when there are no rules that we cannot tae advantage of both, and she left it alone. We paid in cash, and she tried to take our change and throw it in the tip jar! My husband has had this happen to him before, so he put his hand over the jar just in time, and told her no way, no how. I’d rather go out of my way to avoid this place, then to give them anymore of my money!
