I am an angry and dissatisfactied customer. I rented a car for 3 days via Hotwire and my location pickup was ez rental car also known as drivo in Newark. My total cost via Hotwire was very reasonable $ 113 although I have never rented with this company before, it was a good deal. On return of the vehicle I received an invoice with total charges of $ 281, when I contacted the agency they told me I was charged $ 150 for smoke smell in vehicle. I dont even smoke! I have never heard of any such thing in my life. I have rented via many other rental agencies and have never been treated like this before. I think this company is a rip off and should be reported for bad business.

Rouge place ! Couldn’t locate the place until after making multiple calls, and multiple trips on the AirTran ! They were the cheapest on Priceline, but I learnt my lesson. Such a shady place. I returned the car nice and good, but they complained of some scratches, and milked money from me, and my insurance to the tune of 2500 $. This place is a sham. Never rent here period
