Newark, NJ, FedEx too bad, package arrive there and hold there 2 days, nobody contact me, even I pay for 2-​days shipping, and get for a week

To big to care. Constant problem with human contact. Never an explanation as to why they cannot preform a standard function when you request, such as send package to a hold location. You follow all their instructs just to be told that they are sorry but this order for some reason can not be sent to a local holding location, which was done in the past for the same product. They expect you to lose a ay at work, instead of making a effort to deliver the package when you are home. Terrible service since they started selling franchises.
