Why would I you ever come here for breakfast? It is between a Burger King and an IHOP. This is Friendly’s. They have good ice cream, for late at night with your friends. Our waitress Rachel was lovely and accomodating, even though we were rambunctious. The décor is tired. Rachel reassured us they will be renovating soon.

Fast service, cheap prices, and decent food. They did change the menu around a little bit– no Hunka Chunka PB Fudge anymore, but still some good ice cream choices. The location is a little depressing, but I will continue to go to the Friendly’s here on Kirkwood Highway.

Visiting from Long Beach CA. This place should be avoided HORRIBLE service and overcharging 75 and up seniors on their 10 percent off for seniors. Too bad because the food was actually pretty good but not worth the horrible performance service wise.

You should really greet customers instead of standing there staring and talking to your friends while you’re working. Place was filthy. No one acknowledges you until you acknowledge them. The girl who made the ice cream was very kind. I miss the days when Friendlys was an enjoyable place to go for ice cream.

The African American waitress we had this morning on 11÷10÷14 were very unfriendly and provided poor service.
This is the least friendly Friendly’s we’ve been to. Not going back…

We recently moved to the area and everyone swears Friendly’s is the best family style restaurant. OMG! No way! Please, please, please stop saying that. Gripe 1: Poorly printed signed tacked up front that says we do not accept mobile coupons! Please step into the 21st century. 2. The table we were seated at was dirty. 3. The restaurant was chilly. 4. My food was cold. I ordered chicken strips coated in buffalo sauce. It may not have been on the menu but you have chicken strips and hot wings — how hard can it be. Apparently, the feat proved to be more difficult than the chef could handle. My daughter had a hamburger and she enjoyed it. 5. The service was average. My beverage was never refilled. 6. Surprise, surprise they sell Friendly’s ice cream in the grocery store. My tab was $ 47 bucks for 4 people. I should have went to Denny’s for a Grand Slam. Honestly! They should not serve food. Just ice cream.

Poor, poor Friendly’s; I remember this location like 15 years ago. When I was a kid and stayed with my grandparents for the weekend, they would take me here sometimes.
The other night, I wanted ice cream. The friends I was with suggested Friendly’s. We got there around 9 PM and there were only 2 customers there. As we were seated we walked by a lot of dirty non-​bused tables and there was stuff on the floors.
I ordered the «Chocolate Mint Crunch» it was what you would expect a chocolate chip sundae to taste like; yummy.
The only reason I’m giving this place a 3 and not a 2, is because the food I ordered was what I expected and the service was good (plus it makes me a little nostalgic.)
I don’t see myself being a frequent customer here.

Came here for the 2 for 20.00. 1 appetizer 2 meals-20.00.
The burger really had potential but was way overcooked. Waitress didnt ask me how I wanted cooked and I didnt realize she didnt ask so both at fault there. I like a med rare burger and this thing was well done for sure. If cooked correctly it would have gotten 4 stars with the red pepper garlic mayo and fried onion strings on it. We also had the chicken quesadilla’s. They were okay too. And the buffalo chicken tenders. They were okay. Basically what was expected. Bar food without the bar. We were too full for icecream unfortunately.

My kids love this place because of the inevitable ice cream after dinner. I like the shrimp stir fry as a healthy and tasty dinner.

This Friendly’s is in a lot with a few buildings and a shared parking area. The restaurant was packed when I was there but service was still acceptably fast. I had a Turkey Club Supermelt. The food was just about average, although I felt the portion size could be a bit larger. I haven’t been to Friendly’s in a very long time because what I heard about the menu didn’t interest me much but it’ll do fine if you just need a standard diner-​like experience.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.
I went for breakfast about two weeks ago. I ordered the normal pancakes, sausage, and toast. The pancakes crumbled like a stale muffin and the sausage was very undercooked. I’m surprised they didn’t even mess up the toast.
I will never go back.
