I got what I was looking for, but I will not be back. The selection here is bad and the line is long. It does not help that the surrounding area is sketchy as well. The only reason I did not give one star is because I did find the game I was looking for and got lucky.

This is my first Unilocal review ever. I tried to return a game but was beyond the 30 day return date without realizing. Instead of the staff member telling me sorry I can’t do the return he gave me an attitude as if I was trying to pull a fast one on him. All I wanted to do was return the game for store credit and put towards something else, but he kept saying if I did that in other stores someone could get fired as if my plan was to return something later than 30 days and get a big score on Game Stop. Never coming to this store again. BAD ATTITUDE. BAD SERVICE.

Poor service. Staff member was on the phone while there was a long line in store. I was waiting to buy game and the same member instead to taking my order because I was next to be served. He starting to chatting and laughing with girls on the side of the register. Everyone in line was frustration with service because it was slow due to staff member performance. I will not return to this location.

The staff member here, Edgar I think his name was, is knowledgeable and friendly. We didn’t see what we wanted on the shelf, a used copy of Borderlands 2. One had just came in moments before, which he was happy to let us know about. One transaction and a short ride home later… we were back on Pandora blasting the he’ll outta some baddies! Thanks, Edgar!

Avoid at all costs. This is the worst store ever. Way too slow, slow enough that I had time to draft this review while standing in line.
They are understaffed on release days and the people working there couldn’t care less to move the line.
Take my word on this one, you will save more time and energy driving 30 minutes out of the way than going here.
Two experiences here and both sucked.

Every time I’ve been to this store, I kicked myself the second I walked in. The line is always too long, and the service is always off. I wanted a game pretty badly and called ahead to see if they had it, the person on the phone assured me that they had the game in stock. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I only come to find out that they don’t actually have it. Booo!
