Marsha bakes a mean baguette. By far THE best bread I’ve had since eliminating wheat from my diet. Yesterday I had the pleasure of taking her baking class, and not only are the treats delicious, but she’s truly sweet herself. I learned several great tricks and came home with samples my family devoured(and they can be pretty picky!). Take her class! Buy her goodies! I’m overjoyed to have found her and you will be, too.

Marsha has personally invested her heart and soul into her baking and it shows. Driven out of necessity to bake gluten free goodies for her own children, she worked and re-worked each of these recipes in her own kitchen before bringing them to the masses. I personally am a cookie snob and am especially leery of gluten free treats, but after transitioning to a Paleo diet at the beginning of the year had to find an acceptable«cheat» cookie. Most of the gluten-free cookies at «Whole Paycheck» are dry and taste somwhat like cardboard… Gluten-Free, Mother of Three cookies are the only gluten-free cookies that meet my standards. The fact that Marsha is a local, independent businesswoman who REALLY is a mother of three young children AND can seriously bake is one reason we frequent the farmers market to buy her goodies. Keep an eye out for her… I see expansion in her future!
