I stayed here for my sons graduation from UDEL and at $ 135 a night, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. We checked in at 3pm as the hotel states is their check in time. I had booked 3 rooms, 1 for my wife and I, one for my senior citizen parents and 1 for my senior citizen in laws. After being given the keys, we went to the rooms only to find each one was undone, disgusting dirty, no drapes in 2 of the 3 rooms, ripped up carpet and wallpaper and filthy bathrooms. We waited for close to 90 minutes in the best of the the 3 rooms while the housekeeping staff cleaned the rooms, installed drapes and somewhat got the rooms in shape(not even worthy of 1 star). 2 of the rooms had no phones and no clocks. The manager stated that they had a problem because too many people checked in early. Excuse me! So i am penalized for following the rules of this hotel! My mother in law was missing a pair of shoes after her stay and believes it was taken from her bag. In addition, half the lights in her room were not working. I was told I would receive a 20% discount on the rooms directly from travelocity. To date, I have not seen this and dont expect this to ever happen. Really, they should have refunded all 3 rooms in full for the horrible stay we had. Do yourself a favor, never stay here!

Good things, the room we finally slept in was clean, offers free breakfast, didnt need a reservation. One negative thing was that the first room we received was not cleaned and had some kind of fluids on the bed, jewelry was on the floor, tub was half full, and hair in the trash(?). We did get a 20% discount because of the inconvenience and the place was pretty cheap already.

OK place to stop if you are tired and on the road. We got 2 rooms without a reservation. Building is old but the room was clean. It had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and complimentary toiletries. Beds were nice. There was a nice complimentary self serve breakfast area with hot/cold cereals, juice, coffee, waffles, danish, fruit and hard boiled eggs. We were passing through and it was really late so I’m not sure what other amenities were offered. Our A/C unit was dripping water into the carpet causing a puddle and some humidity issues. We informed the desk but nobody came before we checked out. The other room we had was just fine. I would stop here again when passing through.

Nice room. A refrigerator and a microwave are also included. But the bathroom really needed cleaning. Great value at 60.00 a night and it included free breakfast. If they clean the bathrooms better I would give it four stars.

This was probably the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. 1. We had to wait outside in the rain to check into the hotel because after 10pm they lock the office. There was a family trying to change rooms due to an elderly family member being unable to climb stairs. They said they had reserved a room on the first floor, but were on the second. They were told they were out of luck. 2. After we checked in, we went up to our room. The hall way smelled of old gym socks and cigarette smoke. 3. We open the door to our room to find that despite having reserved a non-smoking room, our room was smoking. When I called downstairs to see if we could get into a non-smoking room, I was told no and then hung up on. I gave my boyfriend a Benadryl so he could breathe. 4. I tried to turn on the television and found that it wasn’t working. The same was true with some of the lights. I called downstairs again and was told«sorry, but that’s not my problem» and was promptly hung up on again. 5. I went to get into bed and found that the sheets I was supposed to sleep on were ripped. There were stains on the blanket as well. I didn’t bother calling downstairs because what would be the point. 6. I went to check out the next morning. I wanted a recommendation for a diner in the area. First off, the manager decided to ignore the fact that I was the next person on line and turned to help a man who came in 5 minutes after I did. When I called him on this, the manager told me that he was sure that whatever this man wanted would only take a minute, to which I responded that what I wanted would only take a minute and that he should help the person who was there first. He eventually chose to assist me first, but was completely unhelpful. When I complained to the hotel management, I was offered 15% off my next stay at this hotel. It will be a cold day in hell before that happens. This place is horrible, it’s not worth the $ 5 you save by staying here. Stay ANYWHERE but here.

I stayed here passing through with my family and have to say it was not bad. It needs a bit of an upgrade and a little work, but for the value. The rooms are small but adequate and clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very helpful and it is directly off the highway and close to Route 95.

Just to let everyone know I DIDNOTBOOKTHISHOTEL… …The first room the toilet didn’t work… …the second room the iron had something baked into it like someone was making grilled cheese… …heaters in the place make you feel like a dried up prune… …the only thing that scores this place a 2 is free breakfast. They have two waffle makers, bagels, coffee, french toast, muffins, cereal, oatmeal juices, and doughnuts. Food was their only saving grace.
