I store Apple Repair

This store has been closed the two times I’ve stopped by. I left my iPad there last week. Phone # is disconnected. I was told they would call me before the new year. Haven’t heard anything yet. I regret leaving my iPad here. Who closes their store during mall operating hours!!!

Shady at best, I would give zero stars if possible. The guy sold me a defender case for $ 35, which is a $ 20 case at pretty much every other store. I checked the price when I got home and was exceedingly disappointed. The next day I went back and he refunded my money after I told him that it didn’t suit my needs and it’s only $ 20 elsewhere. My friend and I also overheard him on a phone call where he was trying to determine how much to charge a repair client and asked «how much did I say before?» which is just a red flag. All of that piled on top of the comment «if you have cash you don’t have to pay tax,» but if I wasn’t so desperate to get a case on my phone that night and the mall was closing I would’ve left at that point, but I was desperate so I just bought it. Extremely shady.
