1÷12÷13 Brian, new manager at NewPark Mall kiosk was very RUDE, ARROGANT, UNPROFESSIONAL and LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! I was claiming an IPhone 5 (got 4S) after paying 3 mos membership trade-​up program. Brian argued vehemently with his salesperson (Tony) and me as a customer NOT to give one at the kiosk and said, «we will LOSE sales dollars”#@!
John (sales) told me on Sept’12 to claim the phone in Dec. Went to the kiosk in Dec and was told by Tony (sales) to return after two weeks to pick up the new iphone5. I was shocked on how Brian as a new mgr at the kiosk treated me as a customer and his salespeople. He BERATED and YELLED repeatedly at Tony, «GO AHEAD it’s your decision to give this phone but I’m not involved in it». He failed as a manager — what a JERK!
Tony was more willing to help me and emailed their office. Brian continued his NEGATIVE, HOSTILE ATTITUDE towards me and stated «that it’ll take 3 hours or more or next week to get an approval. Also, Brian stated that «WE DO NOT KNOW» what to do since the program’s inception. I was so furious and left!
Due to Brian’s FAILURE as a manager and OVERBEARING manner, I do not recommend this kiosk or this company and I will make sure to let my network know! Definitely, I will inform MS Wireless Livermore General Mgr. of what a LOUSY customer service they provide at Newpark Mall!

Bought a few smartphone accessories here. Prices seemed kind of high for what we bought, but the guy at the counter installed one of the items on the phone quickly and for free. Happy with the service here.

Avoid this place, salesperson and asst manager will make promises such as charging u only sales tax and waiving activation fees but will charge u anyway. The manager gets pushed around by staff and doesn’t have any accountability. Ghetto AT&T retailer! Liars! They’re located on the 1^st floor, close to Macy’s, in front of the shoe store and Body Shop. Not worth your time and money, go to an actual AT&T store instead.
