Greeted with friendly hello and can I help you. We were looking for a baptism outfit for the nephew. Lady who said she was the manager was very helpful. Once we were at the register, I mentioned the deal on Unilocal when you check in about 25% off accessories, her attitude changed and started complaining that she didn’t know anything about any deal and she’s the manager. I reminded her that the reason why we were there was cause we found them on Unilocal.Anyway, she finally just gave in and honored the deal on our candle set that was $ 24.99. Wouldn’t come all the way here from San jose, I’d try to find a closer place. Not worth the drive with that attitude. She was not appreciative

I came here to buy a dress for my two year old daughter, staff was friendly.
customer service was great and lots to choose from.
The girls that work there helped me find the right dress for my daughters second birthday & she looked lovely in it!
definitely coming back for more dresses in the future.
*plus I love the fact that they carry boy suits as well :) since i have a boy too.
–trust me! if u have any fancy event to attend to with your kids, this is the place to go to!
they have a pretty good variety and different styles in dresses. i just love it! :)
store is located in the first floor between Burlington and Jc Penny (since i know they had moved from upstairs)

I visited this store on May 28, 2011 and experienced probably the worst customer service. The store was empty when I walked in with two young children in search of a formal dress. Another adult was with me. Two young women sales clerks were behind the counter. They failed to look up or even acknowledged that we were in the store; including when we were shopping just 5 feet away from the counter. They never asked if we needed any assistance. Apparently something on a computer monitor was more important because they were quite engaged in discussion about this. To my shock, they then used profanity-​laced comments to describe whatever was captivating them so much. It was at this time that I established eye contact with them and nodded in dismay.
By this time a second family walked in and, to no surprise, there was no customer service offered to them as well. Both families continue to shop and try on clothes for over 10 minutes with these two sales clerks not bothering to move. The two dressing rooms were dirty. Trash was on the floor and unwanted clothes taking up what little hook space was there. It was not until a third family walked in that the two sales clerks thought it was noteworthy to move away from the counter.
One of the children with me found a dress that they really liked — unfortunately — because I would have opted not to purchase in this store. When I went to the counter to check out, I shared my observations and disappointment in conduct with the sales clerks. (They had both found their way back behind the counter in spite of a crowded and dirty store.) Neither of them offered any verbal response or eye contact. Incredible!
I did contact the manager to report but also passed on this review to friends who either have or shop for children. This store really needs to clean up their act… and the store!

Three points:
1. The dresses are not worth the small prices. They are not quality work, and fall apart easily. This has happened to me multiple times.
2. The gentleman who runs the store has HORRIBLE customer service. He went so far as to call me fat. Then took the dress from my hand and gave me a different in an unflattering color and wrong size. Mind you, I’m a size 6. He gave me a size 12.
3. The selection may be vast, but the variety is small. All you can get here are multi-​colored yuck fabric dresses.
Not worth your time. I swear.

I bought my evening dress here. A lot of selections and $$$ is reasonable. The store is very spacious and I can find the hair accessories, gloves as well.
My friends loved my dress and I felt like a PRINCESS that day… WOW WOW WOW… Love it!!!
