Luxury Perfumes

I feel like I buy the items here not because of the name brand, but because of the people are so attentive. Mr Nick was really friendly and helpful and I couldn’t tell if it was because they had to be that way or it’s their job they were all naturally like that.
Great customer service. Customer buying more and these people here at this store definitely got that locked down. (Highly recommended check it out)

I went to the mall to find a specific cologne for my dad for Christmas. My mom said he had been asking for some for a while. Having never heard of the stuff, I didn’t know where to look for it (turns out they sell it at WalMart but I wasn’t going there for anything!) I asked the girl behind the counter but she’d never heard of it, either, which isn’t surprising since Luxury Perfume doesn’t sell crappy WalMart cologne. She sprayed a few fragrances but none of them smelled like something my dad would like. He’s picky about everything, even his cheap cologne. All of the fragrances were pretty expensive and once I told the girl I wasn’t planning on spending $ 60 on something I didn’t even think my dad would like, she pretty much dropped us. My husband and I ended up googling the cologne on our phones and I found a similar fragrance online that smelled the same as the WalMart stuff, found it myself in the store (it was $ 20, in my price range) and purchased it.
I appreciated that the girl had tried to help but her attitude completely changed once she knew we weren’t planning on spending a bunch of cash. She was borderline rude after that. This attitude is what gets them a 2 star review, one star for initially trying and one star for the fact that they have a huge selection and you’re bound to find something you like, even if you have to help yourself.
