Awful. Had delivery. They send out cupons so I thought I would try it. Hour and 20 minutes, driver got lost. He was given the wrong address. Told me to check the pizza as he had 6 orders stacked on top of mine and the box was crushed. Well only a few pieces are stuck of the top of the box… that’s okay. I guess. It’s cold, the pizza was once probably a 2 star pizza but cold and crushed… no. Their idea of garlic cheese bread is a hoggie bun with a slice of cheese somewhat melted on it. Not even toasted. Too many decent pizza places in newark to deal with this. Try Christie’s, way better.

Love a pizza who’s pepperoni cups the grease in its curled up crispy self. Seriously it’s good pizza.

blah frozen pizza crust… sauce and cheese were good. It was only okay for a large $ 16 pizza. Teens weren’t impressed.

We really enjoyed the pizza! Thin, crispy crust, flavorful sauce, and plenty o’ toppings. Good prices too! I ordered a 7″ white pizza just to try it and it was really yummy. They serve it with marinara sauce so it kind of has a cheese bread vibe going on. We also ordered a medium with pepperoni, green pepper, and banana peppers. It was so good! We will definitely be going back.

I have had Michael’s pizza several times and it was always ok. I ordered one tonight and was told an hour for delivery. After waiting for an hour and a half I called and was told that I should have been told delivery was two hours!?! By then I was stuck waiting for this pizza. The pizza showed up 10 minutes later and was tossed around in the box. The cost is on the top end and the service is lousy. I suggest going somewhere else.

Michael’s Pizza here in Newark is nothing really special to write home about. Before it was Michaels it was Bubba’s pizza and wings and in reality the pizza is the same, not sure if the employees are or not. The pizza comes in the normal sizes, its a thin crust, not really crispy but plenty of grease. The flavor is really just average, I don’t find anything really special. The crust is thin but no crispy, its pretty full of grease and the sauce is bland. The chicken wings were the worst I have had, I nearly threw up after eating them, maybe it was a bad night but I just could not stomach them. i like a good pizza, I have had this one on a few occasions hoping it would get better but I cannot say it has. I also have to say that I think for what you get, its kinda expensive, especially when you factor in the delivery charges.

Michaels has been in Jacktown for years. When we saw that they had opened a new location in Newark, we were eager to try. The pizza is as good as you can get. Crust is nice and crisp, toppings are generous, the BLT is the best in town and doesn’t have the second crust on top that always weighs you down. The wings are also very good. If you are tired of the same old pizza in Newark, try Michaels. You won’t be disappointed.

Michael’s Pizzaria is amazing! I love their pizza, salads and especially their italian sub with sausage! I grew up east of Jacksontown and Michael’s was always my families go to Sunday night dinner. As an adult now I live in Newark and Jacksontown is out of the way so I was delighted wen I saw that lovely Michael’s sign pop up on Country Club Drive! Do yourself a favor and order an italian sub with sausage, a fantastic white pizza and a salad, take it home for a family game night! You will not be disappointed!
