Called to order a pizza right and was told the ‘chef’ wasn’t there. Then was told it might take about 40 minutes. What??? I thought the website said your open until 11pm and its 8:50pm right now. How can the ‘chef’ not be there? Horrible!

Called New York Pizza and is not what it says on its receipts: Naseed’s Restaurant Pizza got greasier than before and the customer service is not worth it. They delivered twice to my company and forgot to bring all the things we ordered, as well as expecting a second tip… If you want bad customer service, miscommunication and haggling via phone for a restaurant that does not honor coupons from its own site, this place is what your looking for

The best beef pepperoni pizza in town. They serve King Kong size pizzas. You can’t go wrong. Just brought a whole pizza to work in Palo Alto, and they loved it!

New owners, Really good pizza, service, atmosphere. Food is fresh they cook everything on the spot. I highly recommend this place It’s kinda hidden just go down Jarvis and it’ll be on the side.

This place is under new ownership and is a lot better as a result. The pizza is delicious. It was hot and fresh. The toppings were definitely quality. I had the combination and the vegetarian. I took off one star because this is the 2nd time in a row that I have tried to order the shrimp pesto pizza and neither the shrimp nor the pesto are available. Maybe I’m ordering too late in the day??? I really wish I could try the pesto shrimp pizza because I’m sure the ingredients would be as good as the ones on the other pizzas I’ve tried from this place. Please buy more pesto and shrimp so that’s it’s available at all times of the day!!!

Took over an hour to deliver a pizza I could only eat one slice of. The dough tasted stale, the toppings were sparse, and the sauce… there just something off about the sauce. $ 22 down the drain. I’ll spend a little more and go ANYWHERE else next time.

I give it one star because they have beef pepperoni. I called to place an order the guy hung up on me. The second time he told me that the person who’s taking orders is not there. What a joke on a Sunday afternoon. So got there then I had to order a pizza took another 45 mins. Bad service

17 topping pizza was okay. Not used to having the contents of leftovers from the fridge on my pizza.

Under new management, they went cheap, pizza is so greasy now and it does not taste good anymore. There goes my favorite pizza, sad

I wanted to try a new pizza place, and New York Pizza had good reviews. Can’t tell you how the pizza was, because no one was in the shop. We went to the store around 6 pm on a Thursday. The sign in the window says they were open. I tried the door and it was locked. We looked inside and couldn’t see anyone. We thought maybe they were in the back and didn’t realize the door was locked. I knocked on the door, but no one came to the door. A person from the shop next door came out and said they had gone out to make a delivery. Should we wait or go to another pizza shop? Needless to say we went somewhere else for pizza. How can they run a store and not have anyone in the store during regular hours? Don’t see myself going back there, not knowing if they are open or not.

Love this place! I was a fan of their San Lorenzo location before this one opened. In San Lorenzo, this is the place to go! When I found out they were opening down the street from my house, I had to visit! They never disappoint. I recommend trying their pesto cheese bread. MMmm! This place is a bit pricey, but they have tons of coupons circulating if you are able to find one. If you can’t their coupons online are OK, but the physical ones are the best. $ 5.99 for a 1 topping Med togo? UHMYESPLEASE. Personally I love their pizza fresh and out of the oven. It doesn’t taste as good when you take it home because of the moisture that builds up in the box.

The owner is very nice! Great pizza by the slice! It’s one big slice cut in half, so it feels like you’re eating two slices ^.^ standard drinking selection and reasonable pricing makes this my new favorite pizza place: D

In short, just not very good pizza. Fast delivery, nice people but the pizza was really sub-par. The wings were the ones you would get in the supermarket and warm up in your oven. Edible but really not that good — if you’re selling wings they should be fresh — or at least better than Tyson frozen. Domino’s is better.

Had good pizza here before so we tried a combo last night. The toppings has some good flavor but the sauce, cheese and dough were horrible. Actually it tasted more like it was a precooked(day old) cheese pizza that they put toppings on and baked again. They have good coupons and close to the house so we will probably try it again, but I could have gone to Little Ceasars for better pizza.

Warning, warning: *** THISISCALLEDNYPIZZABUTITISNOTACTUALLYNYSTYLETHINCRUSTPIZZA. *** Having spent some time in NYC, and a lover of the NY style, I was disappointed when I picked up my order to go. I mentioned this to the manager and he said that the owner is from New Jersey. Ohhhhhh, but of course. LOL,…ok, this makes it a NY style pizza? It was an ok pizza but do not expect to get your fix for NY style here. Our second and most recent order we requested ground beef. They put sliced beef and said it is halal and about the same? Ugh, ok, nice folks but we will probably not be back. I mean it is an OK pizza but I really take issue with the fact that they really put themselves out as NY and are DEFNOT. In a word: FUHGEDDABOUTIT P.S. If you need an NYC style pie get your fix at Slice of New York, SJ. www.yelp.com/biz/a-slice-of-new-york-san-jose

I’ve ordered from here twice now, tonight being the second time. Both times have been very pleasant experiences I must say! Tonight I used a coupon for the Manager’s Special which is 2 medium 2 topping pizzas, 2 cans of soda, and 10 breadsticks. It all came out to a little under 20 bucks which is a-okay in my book! The pizza is fine for the price. The toppings are pretty tasty and the crust is thin, but not droopy like most«NY-style» pizzas. It’s not knock-your-socks-off pizza, but it’s perfect for a Friday night when you’re too lazy to cook and got some people over. The breadsticks weren’t the best, but are still tasty enough. The basic ones aren’t seasoned with much, but they’re soft and go well with some ranch dressing. Again, for the price you can’t complain and they give you 10 in an order which is pretty nice. Also, delivery is free. You need to order 15 bucks worth to get free delivery, but that isn’t very hard to do. They also arrived in the amount of time I was told on the phone(45 minutes) with the pizzas and bread still warm and the sodas cold. I’d order from them again for sure. Cheap and fast? Yes please. They also have Halal beef as an option for a topping so it’s another place that is conscious of the community!

Went here tonight for the first time and was impressed. Decent prices for the size pizza you get, and it is delicious!
