NJIT Cafeteria

If you are a student or working on the NJIT campus, the NJIT Gourmet/​General Dining Services is a good deal.
for 10.00 it’s all you can eat.
They have:
Fresh salad bar
little Sushi bar
Noodle bar
Stir Fry bar
Omellette Bar
Carving station
Fajita station
ethnic dishes (Indian, Italian, etc)
Burger/​Hot Dogs/​Pizza station
Fruit water stations
Fountain drinks
Coffee/​tea
Ice Cream
You can definitely be Blutowski from Animal house and eat like a P.I.G. Pig if you like
also, the lady who runs the Fajita station is as slow as molasses in January. She asks what you would like on the fajita but is not listening until you have a «no» like no cheese, which will prompt her to ask several more questions. Basically you will blow her circuits with any deviation from chicken or beef
Be careful at the carving station. The gentleman that runs the carving station has a code similar to the soup Nazi. You have to get on his line from the right. And MUST place your plate all the way under the bullet proof glass for him to place some meat on your dish. Basically he is not paid to move his arm 6 inches forward to oblige you
There is also a cast of characters that work there, neck tattoos, etc.
You are invisible to them, although they yuck it up all day long amongst themselves.
