John is a great landscaper! We’ve been using his services for several years and he has been very reliable.

I want to give ZERO starts but can’t. Contacted this company to set up an appointment for an estimate. Owner came out and we discussed the look I wanted for my backyard. He said he’d totally be able to it and wanted to speak to his nursery to see what plants they recommend to put in the backyard. Since it was a Saturday and they were closed, he would get back to me on Monday with a quote. I also said I would email him some pictures of plants I was interested in. Monday came and no response. Figured he was busy and I followed up with him that Friday for the quote. He responded he would get something to me by that day or tomorrow. 3 weeks passed and still nothing! So I contacted him AGAIN and asked for a quote. He asked if I can send him my address so that he can come on the weekend. So I asked him if he ever contacted his nursery to see what plants would work for their backyard. No response after that so I’m guessing he thought I was a new customer asking for a first time estimate. Totally unprofessional and reliable! If he couldn’t do the job he could have just said so. Reached out to a couple people on landscapers they could recommend and someone referred them. After explaining to her that I tried to work with them but got no response, she was even shocked why because she’s worked with them and offered to reach out to them since they were friends. Said she would contact me once she heard back from them. Still… NOTHING! Shocker!
