The only reason this place got 4 stars is because of Matt. My son really wanted the camo frost free jacket but there was no large size. I asked the grumpy puss-faced cashier if there were more in the back. Before I even finished asking he reprimanded me that he had NOMORE frost free jackets in the back. Ok. I go back, pick out another jacket. But there are no hats and gloves for boys! I go back up and ask Kip where the boys’ hats are. She was very pleasant but basically brushed me off and said if they’re not by the coats, we don’t have them. If this was the extent of my experience I would have given 1 star… But then I saw Matt in the boys dept! I asked him where the boys’ hats are. He walked with me all over the store and helped me find them. So then I asked him if there were any more camo FF jackets in size large. Guess what! He says, «I’ll go check in the back for you!» With a big smile. Comes out with a large camo jacket. So basically I was lied to by young, but big and grumpy cashier guy. Thank God for Matt. He made my little boy and me very happy! He deserves a raise. THAT’S customer service. Minus one star for the lazy ass workers who can’t be bothered to help a customer, and lie to them to avoid it. Shame on you! Wish I would have gotten that other guy’s name. Oh well.

Yes 3 stars for an Old Navy store. What gets this store 3 stars when I can just order from their online catalog and get what I need in the mail? Well every so often you do have to try something on since an XL is not always an XL. This store is large enough to have a good selection of the current Old Navy stock and still have some clearance/older items. Like most stores the men’s section is smaller then the women’s, but that seems to be industry standard. I like that there are quick dressing areas in the men’s section which consist of periodically spaced shower curtains with mirrors, great idea. The other big plus is the large parking lot and easy navigation from major roads.
