A coworker recommended this place after I told her that my old place always left me with acrylic lifted and cracks. She told me to ask for Jenny and thank you! Thank you! She is very good! She took one look at my nails and after I told her about my issues she said you’ll notice a difference after you’re done here. I have gone to her for just over a month and I will continue. She even does pedicures and she is very thorough! You have a repeat customer here!

I love Perfect Nails! I have been to several nail salons and have been uncomfortable because of what I call«the hustle.» Meaning being pressured to get things done… spend more money for extra things. Not one time have I experienced that here. Also, I appreciate the respect given as well as the fact that I always love my nails and if there is ever a problem, it is readily fixed. I can tell there are many satisfied and loyal customers by the interaction with the staff, so I can tell I am not the exception. And I never feel rushed! Much attention is given to detail!

I’ve never been a big fan of this place, but it’s so close to my house, I keep trying to give it a chance once every year or so! Yesterday I stopped in twice in an attempt to get a pedicure. No one in the establishment speaks English and when you walk in, they tell you to pick a color, but nothing else. In my first attempt yesterday, I went, picked my color and sat for 40 minutes. No one let me know how long the wait would be or acknowledged that I’d been waiting a while. I left and came back 1.5 hrs later. I walked in and this time no one acknowledged me at all. I asked one worker how long the wait would be and he ignored me. I asked again. He referred me to another worker. She told me there was«one…no two» people in front of me. I asked again how long the wait would be. She told me a half hour. I left. I went to the Best Nails and was acknowledged and taken back to a chair immediately.
