outrageous… terrible quality and attitude except for one acrylic nail guy… they messed up my good friends nails and we paid 68 dollars and she waited 40+ minutes!!! Got nails done from a lady who DOES nails like she’s five and has a snappy and rude attitude. Would NEVER go there again, seems like they only care about the money which ruined our whole experience.

This place is convenient, because of its location in the mall. It is also however the most FRUSTRATING and UNETHICAL place I have ever visited! I was so stressed constantly trying to be up-​sold services, even after repeatedly saying NO! My friend and I were also lied to by the staff — we were quoted a price to get services and then told (while in the midst of the service) that the price was not available and we had to choose a higher priced service. They are crooks pure and simple. Granted they are capable but will absolutely steal your money. There are much better establishments around — use them!!!

Not a fan. My gel nails have started to chip just days after getting them done. The woman who did them was rude, always on her phone while the lady next to her was eating. Overpriced for the cheap quality and the overall location was just dirty and not well organized. Not professional, probably won’t go again

The nails might look good but the salon is not clean at all. My friend is currently being treated for an infection, Paronychia, spreading up her arm because of this salon. The place is dirty and unsanitary. She got a gel manicure here and 4 days later her thumb swelled up and she was having shooting pain up her arm. The infection started at her cuticle. Would never recommend this salon to anyone. Not worth putting your life at risk… Go somewhere cleaner.

This place is overpriced since it’s in the mall. But the fact that it’s in the mall is the only reason I went here in the first place. It was convenient when in a rush after shopping with little time to spare. I went for a pedicure and gel manicure on a weekday afternoon so it wasn’t very busy. There was a really nasty rancid smell the whole time, not sure where it was coming from. I would’ve ran away but I was already in the pedicure charge and in a rush, as previously stated. The girl who did my nails seemed in a rush although they weren’t busy. It wasn’t very hygienic and service was subpar. Wouldn’t ever return here or recommend coming here unless in a serious bind.

Crappy –don’t go. EVER
Its filthy and they are rude. Manicure chipped in 2 days. Used sanding instruments that are usually used on fake nails on our cuticles and healthy nails. All the manicure stations were dusty and looked like cuticle particles everywhere.

They do a good job my gel manicures last a while, but they are rude. I can’t stand being bossed around like that.
The one woman cut me and then literally added salt to the wound, by setting a pad with alcohol on it on the cut and then leaving it there. Insulting my nails and just being rough and pushy to top it off.

Very obliging! Came in, it was super busy and I needed a quick pedicure and they still took me right away! Very nice and helpful and my nails looks great!!! Will definitely come back.

Want to get a bad pedicure and get treated poorly at the same time? This is the spot for you! I was sternly reprimanded for swishing my feet around in the foot basin and knocking some water onto the floor by mistake. When I was waiitng fo rmy feet to dry (without any fans, btw. You sit in a chair in the corner) my tech approached me with my reciept and stated to me, ‘you’re gonna mess them up’. Wow, I“m not sure what I was doing to accomplish that accusation. No worries, I won’t be back to find out.

Love my nails n feet! The ladies there are so down to earth and entertaining! I had a great time with them and they hooked my nails up! Pedi was nice and relaxing.

Salon has new owner sine May, 2013. Great improvements! Definitely worth a visit if you haven’t been there in awhile.

This place is alright. Definitely not a place to schedule an appt. Its only for emergency situations. However the ladies are nice.

My mom and I stopped by on Black Friday, and the salon was relatively unbusy. We requested for my mom to get her eyebrows waxed and the lady guarding the door (perhaps the owner/​manager) pointed for my mom to go sit in the corner. From the beginning her tone was very rude and abrupt.
I watched the wax treatment and she was NOT careful with where she placed the hot wax. First, she placed the wax unevenly on the eyebrows and some even dripped on where the eyebrows were NOT to be removed. Then some of the wax got in my mom’s hair. I pointed this out to her and she told me to sit down. The entire treatment took about 3 minutes from when we entered the salon. I can’t believe I even gave her a generous tip because minutes after we left we noticed that my mom’s eyebrows were so uneven that the right one was significantly higher than the left. Also, due to this lady’s carelessness with the wax, a middle portion of my mom’s right eyebrows had been removed by accident. Now my poor mom has two uneven brows and a bald spot, hopefully they’ll grow out before Christmas. TERRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER AGAIN!

Very poor manicure — the nail paint was poorly applied and went over the edges. Moreover I was waiting for my nail paint to dry, when the technician came over and said your nails are dry you can go. I walked out and in less than 5 minutes my paint was smudged. I went back to complain but the technician was gone. I took the paint off when I got home.
