Quality Inn

Ok I honestly didn’t know what to expect with the mixed reviews of this hotel. I did consider that some of the really poor reviews were over a year old, To my surprise our room was quite nice, clean and smelled fine. The beds were really comfortable, the WIFI worked, the water pressure for the shower was great. We didn’t see any bugs, mildew or anything of concern to report to the manager on site. It was very quiet and we had a great night sleep. Granted we only stayed one night so I don’t know what additional nights might’ve encountered.
The location of the hotel is great with it being right next to the highway. We did several restaurants within the vicinity of the hotel. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast the hotel offered and so did everyone else because it was packed! Now the breakfast you had to be creative because its not IHOP or your local diner. They had eggs (if that’s what u want to call them, LOL) bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit and a waffle maker. They had tea, coffee and some juices and to me that’s sufficient enough to scrounge up breakfast to get you on your way which is what I did,
Overall my experience was a pleasant one and I would definitely stay here again.

Our family came to this hotel after already checking into the Red Roof Inn off of S College and the Days Inn down the street. After experiencing how disgusting both of those other hotels were, this place seemed like a breath of fresh air! HOWEVER, it was only a breath of fresh air in comparison to how bad the other two places were! This place definitely has more of a run down motel feel than a hotel feel. Everything is moderately clean, but far from immaculate. You get what you pay for and this is probably the best place you can find for the money in the area. If I had to stay here again I would definitely bring cleaners with me! There are not very many places in walking distance around here. With a short walk you can visit Toys «R» Us, Dunkin’ Donuts or a used bookstore. That is pretty much it. There is a very nice mall right around the corner but you have to take the highway to get there. The Wi-​Fi signal is pretty much nonexistent. You have to walk in the parking lot in order to get any signal on your phone just to carry on a conversation and it is extremely difficult to get anything at all to work on your phone in the room, even with their free Wi-​Fi access. The staff is all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent, but pretty plain and low-​budget. If your only choice was to pick one of the surrounding smaller hotels within this price range then I would pick this one by far! If you could spend $ 30 to $ 50 more you would be better off at a bigger hotel.

We came to this hotel after being transferred from a horrible experience at the Ramada near by. Maybe it seemed glorified after the experience at the other hotel, but we were very happy staying here. WiFi was fine for us, not slow. Our room was clean, the woman at the front desk was so friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. It was only for one night but we would definitely stay here again.
The bed was hard, but that’s just personal preference. My boyfriend loved the bed. Breakfast was also easy to grab and go, though there were many people who stayed to eat. We would be happy to stay here again next year for the event we came for.

I created a Unilocal account just to write this review because I am so annoyed right now! The wi-​fi is ridiculous (read: weak, perpetually disconnects from your device). We’re staying here while in the process of buying a house and trying to get anything done, like electronic forms etc, is next to impossible. We’d like to stream video from Netflix for our 2-​year-​old, or Skype with family but there is NO way! To top off the annoyance, our cell coverage here (Verizon) is spotty at best.
Other stuff like beds, cleanliness, customer service, breakfast, is fine — no complaints.
