Clean store with great deals on clothing and shoes. Household items are very high though.

The prices here are unusually high for a thrift store, but there are rotating specials on Wednesday (I think?) on «family day». 3 out of every five items go on sale… there’s a system of rotation that you can figure out, and it usually results in the items there the longest going on sale the most. Considering the sales, the prices here are good.
I would recommend shopping here on sales days – don’t waste your time on the other days because you’ll find worn clothing that is not much cheaper than buying it new at a discount outlet. The selection is good but not outstanding.
Turnover is okay – it’s not as fast as some of the better thrift stores in large cities, but given that this isn’t the most high-​volume store, and it’s in a small town like Newark, I think the turnover here is pretty good.
The staff here is very friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite aspects of this store, and is why I give it four stars instead of three. Also, the store is rarely crowded. Shopping here is always a pleasant experience. Convenient location too… easy parking, but walkable from downtown Newark and UD.
