I walked in today to exchange my converse to another size. I felt that because I bought it at the store at southland mall they didn’t want to help me. The young man told me the manager Lucy will exchange it when she gets back from her 30minute break. I had nothing to do but walk around for 30 mins when I came 30 mins later Lucy the manager said she would not be able to exchange the shoes. They have not been worn brand new in the box with receipt as a matter of fact she had a snot attitude! The Costumer service here sucks! When I asked her why was I told that she would do the exchange in 30 mins she had nothing to say but shrug her shoulders. Very unprofessional. I will not be shopping at this store again! I will be taking my shoes to Southland tomorrow to have them exchanged! Never will I walk in to that store again

Great prices on Jordan’s (they have random sales that sometimes go as low as $ 40 – 70 for really great shoes) and Creative Rec casual shoes ($ 30 – 60). They can also 1 – 2 week order from any of their other many locations if they’re missing your size. Service is great, they were really friendly and helped me grab a ton of pairs.
Big fan. I’ll be back to buy more shoes here.

Shiek — To Look Good, Fly, or well dressed, also stylish.
Perhaps a play on chic? Anyways, they do have a nice selection of stylish shoes. The store itself is pretty unique and inviting with the nice lighting and displays. If you are looking for fashionable sneakers in unique colors, this is a good option, not cheap though.

Worst customer service ever. I called about 2.5 weeks ago to order a replacement for my boots. Whoever at the store I spoke to on the phone said that they will contact me once the boots are in.
It’s been more than 10 business days as they originally said the boots would’ve came in, and I received no such notifying phone calls. I called several times to ask about my order, and they just kept putting me on hold for a long time, or just said they would get back to me but never did.
I called again today, and they put me on hold yet again for more than 10 minutes. When I made a second call, they just said their computer crashed, and had to reboot (didn’t even have the decency to tell me about it while I was on hold).

Jose was great help. He helped me as I paced back and forth searching for just the right pair of shoes for my two daughters. I was happy to give him my commission.
They only had one size I needed and he told me what store I could find the other or I could try again the next day as they might get them in the shipment. When I called the next day, they had them! :)
Went back and they had them ready for me.
Only down fall is, they didn’t have the size I needed in a variety of shoes I wanted to buy. Then of course, me having to drive all the way back to pick them up…
Recommend: always keeping the shoes on the wall IN STOCK! Makes life easier for EVERYONE! And better business for you — Hello!

Gumaro used to be the assistant manager here.
Now, they got some new guy working here. Some short mexican dude who was rude as hell to my friend and I today and all we did was ask for a pair of shoes! And SECOND, they don’t sell DC’s at this Shiekh location anymore. TWO THUMBS DOWN!
