Nu Pair

Bought two gladiator sandals for the summer, for 18.00. One pair was 15.00 second one was on clearance for 3.00 bucks. What a steal!
Yeah first time in my life I got the YOU GOT WHAT YOU PAID FOR experience. Wore my sandals to the park for my daughters party and by the end of the day the zipper was all messed up and didnt even go up or down. I had to yank it out just to get my feet out of it. Poor quality!!!
Wore it once and now I have to throw the damn sandal! Mixed feelings about the products now. Lets see how the other sandal holds up?!

The service here isn’t the best. It’s not terrible, just not really friendly. If it’s busy they are really understaffed as I have never seen more than one person working here. The prices are good though, so that helps. The selection is pretty good as well.

the manager is unreasonable and the sales associates are incompetent. i was a customer for a very long item, since i was in high school, now i have graduated college. I knew the sales associates and I’m sure they knew me. regardless, customer service skills need to be sharpen. what happened to me here is unacceptable, the manager yelled at me raised her voice and then defended her sales associate when the math was wrong and in even did the transaction on paper. yet she said i could not get my thirty percent off over a mistake they did not and when in wanted to return everything for lack of good customer service, she denied me ! i was so angry i just threw the shoes away because it is the principle of the matter you do not raise your voice at your customer especially when the sales associates made the mistakes and did not even apologize.
