Two words: NEVERAGAIN! The good: absolutely nothing. The bad: everything. Where to start… I went here a couple times when this was Limoncello(same owners) and was pleasantly surprised. This time? Not so much. SB now only offers«designer pasta». I get it… they have changed their image. But quite honestly, sometimes a superb and flavorful angel hair pasta will do the trick… simplicity never fails quality. I can do without all of the fancy pasta shapes and sizes. My colon does not discriminate after all… Pasta was UNDER-cooked. Al dente is good stuff. But this was not even close. Additionally far too salty! I felt like when I was finished I should be checking my blood pressure. Aside from the very limited pasta variety, I was not given what I paid for. I ordered a «large» size pasta and was given maybe a lunch serving size large, but I ordered at dinner time… that was a cheap trick and very deceiving. For a person on the go, sometimes I get only one hot meal a week, and they blew it for me. I was left hungry after that. Thank goodness for extra padding, I may have starved to death otherwise. The pizza… what is that they are serving? An imposter brick oven pizza. Do not let the«brick» or «oven» fool you into thinking you are eating something authentic. My guest liked it, but far too average for my sophisticated palate. The ugly: the slop that was given to me. It was swimming in blood pressure soup(superfluous salt and about .5 of a bottle of some unsaturated oil). It was very disturbing to think they consider that acceptable.(Photo posted). The ugliest: they charged me EIGHTEENDOLLARS for that crap. I ended up paying $ 26 total for the sodium special and a pseudo brick oven mini pizza. I honestly think I could have had better pizza by defrosting a frozen one, or maybe even that fake 7 – 11 pizza… Anything better than SB. I think they changed their name and prices in attempt to align with upscale restaurants. #EpicFail There was not one person(who was not working there) in the entire restaurant. I should have seen that and ran away. I do not often write horrible reviews but not doing so would be a disservice to my fellow foodies and deep pockets alike. Sorry, I will never go back there. (One star only to be able to post this review)
