I came in to buy tea as a new costumer and this lovely young man Jordan answered all my questions and sold me lots of stuff… I was so happy until this African lady started to talk bad to this young man In front of me and all the other costumers here! I’m very upset with this women’s unprofessionalism:(

They have the most amazing tea selection. Yes it’s pricey to be a tea connoisseur. I got to try multiply tea samples. I never knew that tea could be so tasty and interesting. Eventually, I will invest in buying some items here.

I’ve always liked Teavana, though they can be a bit pricey. However, when it comes to tea by the cup, why not spend a little money for a decent sized portion? You could go to Starbucks and get less variety and most likely pay more or come to Teavana and get a pleasant staff help you choose your tea and then make it for you. In all I think it’s worth it!

Teavana is very expensive, but the teas they sell are very good. Is it worth the price? It depends on your perspective. Expensive tea is cheap as luxuries go – especially compared to coffee, wine, or even beer. It’s also a lot healthier than some drinks. That said, Teavana is known for their aggressive sales tactics. How is this particular branch? It’s considerably less pushy and obnoxious than some places I’ve been in, but I still find it to be too much of a hard sell. It leaves me feeling a bit dirty when I leave… which makes me not want to come back. I have one more complaint to level against Teavana… they make a lot of health claims about their teas which, from my research are not always true. For example, they perpetuate the claim that white tea contains less caffeine than black tea, which I have found to not necessarily be true: — If you’d like to review individual Teavana teas, they are all listed for review on a site I developed, it’s a bit like Unilocal for individual teas: I do think Teavana sells outstanding loose tea, and if you have not had truly amazing loose tea, it might be a convenient place to pick some up if you’re in the mall.
