This Chinese place in Newark is worth visiting a lot of times. The new owner June is a delightful person and has recently started new dishes.
We tried the chicken noodle hot pot. It was just excellent. The chicken was very soft and melted in your mouth. The flavors were delectable. You have to try it.
Their old favorites are fragrant shrimps and Ma La Gai Din.
Whenever I want Chinese I love to come to this place.

Blah, yuk. The whole place had a dirty look, feel and smell to it. The food was mediocre at best, the sauces in particular were bland and salty. The waiter didn’t bring the egg rolls and soup that were included with every lunch special. When I asked him about it he said that you have to request it. I showed him on the menu where it said included. He then said that if it wasn’t requested then he brought larger portions of the main course. Okaaaaaayy. I did not leave a tip and won’t under any circumstances be eating there again. Way better places to spend my hard earned money.
