Oh Wendy’s, why do I continue to give you another chance. Every time I think I will stop to get a meal, you always screw the order up in the drive-thru. Sunday September 6th at 10:15pm was no different. This was a very simple order, single cheese, extra pickle, lettuce and nothing else on it. Then a small Chili, and that’s it. Yes, you’d think that these employees, the very ones who think they deserve $ 15 an hour, would have absolutely no problem filling this order. WRONG, think again. I got a small COLD kids cheese burger, 2 pickles, lettuce, onion, ketchup & mustard. The chili was a small, bravo you did well… except it was dry. Seriously, had it been cooking all day to the point there was no more moisture in it? Wendy’s just outside of Granville, you have got to be the worst one as of yet. Whoever the managers are, well they should all be fired from the top down and start over. This is not a good argument for $ 15 an hour. Seriously, you suck!

Wish there was a no star button. I’m so frustrated I’ll have to come back later and re-review. Over charged by $ 5, waited 16 mins in drive thru at 8:30pm and they gave me the wrong order. Then they told me their receipt machines are down and don’t know corp number! Well I goggle searched that number and called and they simply for really care either. They told me to check my bank account to see I was over charged and I am curious how I can prove that without a receipt?! They said someone from management will call however I have every doubt that will ever happen. I came bc I was using groupon and saw they added a coupon section and were promo-ing Wendy’s new fresco fries that is exactly the item they forgot. It’s the next day and I’m still mad. They didn’t even offer a refund.
