What would you expect from a Chinese food place in airport? Yes, you get almost everything you expected. We got the combo like most of Unilocaler mentioned before.

not as good as Panda Express, but still decent. hard to mess up an Orange/General Tso’s chicken

They have your usual airport Asian food, though they dare to actually have sushi as well. I stuck with the usual combo’s and the bourbon chicken in particular was good.

being from hawaii, ive never been to such a big airport like newark. this was the first place we stopped on our honeymoon, and i had the bourbon chicken. super awesome! contemplated calling and asking them how they make it.

Wok and Roll. Witty isn’t it? They serve both Chinese style take-out and sushi. I thought my salmon nigiri and california roll were pretty good! It was a little expensive, but I thought it was pretty fair for the quality/location in an airport in new jersey of all places… I was also on a layover from just spending 2 weeks in Europe. I usually have sushi at least twice a week when I am at home, so being in Europe with abs no asian food almost killed me and I was pretty desperate for some asian food. I would actually probably go here again if I ever have a layover in Newark again.

What a joke. Wok and Roll basically has two sections: the first section is sushi and the other section is a «scoop and go» set up. I ordered the Orange Chicken and the Sauteed Green Beans with rice. The green beans were undercooked so I brought it back. The employee did not understand English beyond the basics and argued with me that they do cook the food in the back. It took me 10 minutes and after talking to 4 different people I finally was able to get my food switched out. Newark Airport is bad enough already… get me outta here!
