Had some house keys needed copies off but for some reason the colors weren’t working in my door. They came to my house no problem and the problem wasn’t the keys it was my lock. Very pleased with how helpful they where.

Conveniently located in the Fred Meyer parking lot, they have about every key you could want. Quick and reasonable, I would recommend Aero Lock and Safe if you need a key. It’s not the high school kid and a machine, these are people who know what they are doing.

Called today and they returned my call while I was still leaving a message! The locksmith came out to our rental property and re-​keyed our locks quickly! He was pleasant. I appreciate that they were willing to come to a small town in the willamette valley when most weren’t. I’d definitely use again!

Aero Lock& Key– excellent customer service!
Very Reasonable prices! Doug arrived about a half hour after I called. He is a fellow in his 50’s. This is a family owned business. He re-​keyed 3 locks and figured out a cool lock for a bedroom door that didn’t show on the outside. I was very impressed with his helpfulness and he arrived on time. He also said he does his jobs by the order they are called in, not by how big the job is. (I had been rescheduled several times over 3 days by A&E) Doug made us several keys and said he drives over from Newberg but serves Mac & is avail 24 hrs a day! Great for Emergencies. Please add him to your contacts! He also says he can make chip keys for cars cheaper than the Dealerships charge. I will definitely use Aero Lock& Key in the future and highly recommend them to anyone.

Rarely do I do reviews but everytime I drive by I feel I need to. Aero went above and beyond to help me the other day with my key fob. It had been loose and finally broke open and I lost the circuit board. When I went in and explained it had been loose awhile they explained I should have come sooner, of course but she went ahead and discounted a whole new fob, which was totally unexpected and so generous. I’ve used them a few times for various key cuts and replacement fobs and have always bad a great experience

I lost the keys to my suburban. After months of searching for my keys, I finally had these guys come out to make a new set. Ironically at the same time that these guys were coming out, my other vehicle, Honda element was having ignition issues. Key was jammed going in or out. so I was suspecting ignition issues/​broken wafers. This small mom-​and-​pop shop took care of all my issues all in one visit to my home location. Pat sent her husband and her son and they repaired both vehicles. Very professional, very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend these guys and they will be my future «go two guys» for any lock & key issues.

They were fast n quick ! They were very nice and were on time! This locksmith is an amazing company ! Not over priced not looking to rip u off! I will totally use them again and refer people to them!
