For fast food restaurants I had a wopper with cheese it was warm the fries were the same got the meal fast and order was fast the whole experience was OK the same as others I been to

This BK is a mess. Today, our party of three experienced– a) Two burgers were added to our tray yet we had not ordered them b) Ketchup dispenser was out of ketchup c) Satisfries tasted weird d) Service was as slow as molasses despite a ton of workers on the payroll. It appeared to be too many chefs spoiling the broth e) The host forgot to give us our soda cup f) The cashier did not ask us whether we wanted cheese g) We could not toss our trash because the bin was overfilled and spilling out Overall, this BK is a disaster despite the nice new look of it. A new manager is what’s needed or some serious re-training.

The best service I have EVER received at a Burger King. Thank you Melissa and crew for such a great experience. Your positive attitude made a huge difference. I have never been so pleased with a fast food restaurant. The food was very hot and fresh as well.

well first time i’ve been to the north plank location and first time after the renovations. the place looks good on the outside and good on the inside. the service was quick and courteous on the drive thru side of the house. The whoppers were made fresh and so were the nuggets, I wasnt a fan of the buffalo chicken tenders mostly because i’ve had chicken tenders in Buffalo and these are non descript in comparison(but these were hot and fresh made) I’m not a fast food fan, but i figured as a reviewer you might as well get it all across the board.
