Dunkin’ Donuts

This Dunkin donuts ALWAYS gets my order wrong. What makes it worse is the cashier always repeats it back to me and STILL it is wrong. Secondly, early morning rush, why is there one cashier? The 14 people in line isn’t a clue to put someone else on the register?

This is the worst Dunkin donuts, either go to the one on 9W or Vails Gate or the one in Cornwall every time I go there it’s something. One time I got sick because they didn’t cook my bacon and after I gave my order i heard the guy say damn. I guess because my order is complicated, I called the 1800 number and they offered to comp another milkshake and bagel for free I didn’t go because I was busy also I didn’t want them to spit in it or anything lol. Another time I went and of course I had to pull over for a bagel with no wait the guy comes out with my bagel and starts hitting on me telling me I’m cute and asking for my number. I swore it was the last time I’d go there but of course I came back because it’s the only baskin robins around This time I went and ordered a pralines milkshake and a donut. I was greeted with a pretty smile and my donut then she told me to pull up for them to bring my shake out. There was no one behind me but I did it anyways. Girl came out with a cookies and cream milkshake I didn’t realize until I drove off. I like cookies and cream too, but it’s not what I paid for. It’s better now than it was a few years ago but still not great.

Waited almost 25 minutes on a not busy day, for a tuna sandwich. When I finally got, it was not double toasted and they had no napkins in the bag nor in the restaurant. 6 employees and a manager and 25 mins to get a bagel sandwich at 1 pm. Will not be coming back.

This Dunkin Donuts is flat out bad. I’ve been here multiple times where the drive-​thru takes a good 10 minutes because everyone is fooling around in the back. One time I was served spoiled milk in my iced coffee. There’s another Dunkin about 3 miles away. It’s worth the extra 5 minute drive. Wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin to anyone.

Went to the drive thru one night and the lady was very rude to me. She told me to «pull up» half way through my order. I said «I’m not done» and she said well I am! Go to another Dunkin somewhere. I could not believe what I heard. I pulled up to the window PISSED at this point. And beeped and yelled and knocked and she continued to clean and ignore my existence. I parked the car to go walk in and show her a piece of my mind. The doors were locked. Mind you that this Dunkin is supposedly 24 hours. So this employee took it upon herself to lock up the store and ignore customers. Worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. If the management let her keep her job after that, there is something truly wrong with them.

This Dunkin is better than the one in Newburgh by Price Chopper, but it is still no starbucks. Most of the Dunkin I go to always seem dirty, and old. Dunkin should start buying new furniture and go for a more classier look and feel.

Best Dunkin’ Donuts in the Newburgh and surrounding area. I can go through the drive thru on a weekday morning in five minutes. 99% of the time they get your order correct. I’m not complaining, no one is perfect. The coffee is always fresh.

The folks who work at this location are very nice. They always take care to get your order correct & ask how your day is going. I would gladly drive the extra few miles to give this location business rather than the awful, awful Dunkin on Rt. 300.

My wife & I like this location for more than one reason, (1) they double up as a Baskin Robins, (2) they almost always have donuts and (3) they have a drive-​in for those days when we are in a rush.
This is not the closest Double D for us by we drive the extra distance if we just want to get out together and chat over a cup of coffee.
