Not even one star! I Even made a complaint to corporate headquarters! The staff here does whatever they like when they feel like it! I Checked many sites to see their closing hours. I Placed an order at 8:30 pm for pick up, but they called me back to tell me sorry they had already close down the grill for the night!!! So I decided to walk over, they had the doors locked and the music blasting inside! This is the worst running PLANET WINGS BY FAR! WAKE UP HEADQUARTERS THEY ARE RUINING YOUR REPUTATION!!!

By far the most rude/​inconsiderate staff I’ve ever encountered. It was bad the first time but I thought I’d give it another try and they were just as bad. They seem like they could care less about their customers and almost act angry when they have to provide basic customer service.

The wings were small and the bill came to 10.00 for a water and 10 wings. Depressing atmosphere with basic service. Cheap, sweet tasting blue cheese dressing.yuck.Overpriced .didn’t feel excited about all the flavor possibilities because I just wanted to get out of there the moment I walked in. My son wanted to go there as a treat, he said the wings tasted good but it was overpriced for sure.3 sticks of celery included

I will never call this place again, I called yesterday and they had me on hold for an hour and never came back on to say anything, I just hung the phone up. Called today figuring it was just a bad day for them and they said the delivery wait was an hour, that they only had one driver, which I said ok and was willing to wait. But when an hour and fifteen minutes went by, I called back and they said the wait is two and a half hours and that’s what we will wait. They were very nasty with attitudes. This is not how you run a business.

This particular location in Newburgh is the WORST … They hire the most rude most ignorant folks available. The girl who took my order was using her phone (she was on Facebook) and snapping her gum. Didn’t even look up to make eye contact. Shitty attitude, I asked her for my wings plain and the sauce on the side, this chick charges me for the sauce … This is my millionth bad experience. I’m done !

Order delivery at 745pm got a phone call within minutes saying they stop delivering at 8pm and the drivers already left. Pretty sure I still had 15 minutes. Ordered again next week took the delivery person 2 hours and 15 minutes to deliver 20 wings. Just awful service! It’s pretty said after 2 hours for the manager to say be patient

Planet Wings is overpriced fast food. I ordered curly fries and a coke and it was over $ 5. I would’ve given them 3 stars, but my stomach was upset for the rest of the day after. I would not recommend coming here.

Good food! Horrible horrible service. Stood for 11 minutes with no one else in line and no one even acknowledge us. The tables are all dirty and had to clean them ourselves.

UPDATE: I went here on 2.8.2013 and there was a nite on the window saying they are no longer focusing their business on pizza. (something to that effect)
I went inside and they boarded up the whole section where the pizza oven was. I immediately left SMH the pizza was really good.
This is now Planet Wings /​Burger Boys. I come here for the burger boys part and I only come for the pizza. I like their pizza period. One daHuetiful Hair & Facial Steamer (for North Americy something must have happened and I got the biggest slice of pizza I’ve ever seen. Look at the photo. Planet wings is no cheap date. About $ 10 for 2 dozen wings pretty much any flavor. But, they are crispy, well seasoned and that’s about as good as wings are gonna get.
The place is fast food with plastic table and self serve. Whaddaya expect?
It’s next to Duncan Donuts on 17K just beyond the car wash

I’d give this place 5 stars but I have to be honest I have not tried everything they offer. Family & I usually order from the main overhead menu by number like McDonald’s (a number 5 please; lol).
Wife & I love the philly cheese steak sandwich they make. We’ve never had the wings just because we are stuck on those darn Philly cheese steaks.
There is plenty of seating to dine in. They used to have a location in New Windsor (a town over) but that has been closed down.
