This place is ALWAYS full which means there has to be good service otherwise why would people keep coming. I have always had a good experience and they take time and care with you. Bonus back massage after nail service!

This place is the worst. No one speaks English. I walked in with my Mother she asked for a manicure I asked for a manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure when she was doing my she was very rough. I was in major pain plus I was almost bleeding from the treatment. Then they put me off to the side, I waited 30 minutes for my manicure. Nothing, I saw person after person getting helped. Finally I asked when I was going to be done, to my surprise they said you also wanted a manicure. So fine, then they soaked my fingers in cold water, again had me waiting 30 minutes while they helped other people. I had enough, started to get up and leave when one of the ladies said no sit down I’ll do you. Waited another 10 minutes for her to start. Not a good experience at all.

Every time I come here the employees are whispering to each other. I am sitting in the chair now getting a pedicure and the lady doing my nails keeps on stopping to whisper to the other employee sitting next to her. I see the lady next to me getting her pedicure getting pissed as well. I find it to be so rude! Her stopping every two seconds to gossip is really unprofessional. After this I will not be coming back.

If I could give this place 0 Stars, I would. I had an appointment for 17:30 and I wasn’t serviced until almost an hour later; mind you, several people that walked in were taken before me.
I was handed 2 color wheels to chose from for my powder manicure. I wasn’t able to get the color I initially chose because they didn’t have enough left. The other colors on the wheel were either glittery or very loud with minimal to non-​existent neutral color choices. I decided to go with the powder French manicure to avoid looking like a 15 year old.
My nail technician, Jennifer, tried to talk me out of the powder manicure, perhaps because it was going to be more work for her. Not sure. Anyway, she proceeded and was very rough on my cuticles, almost causing one to bleed.
The final product is horrible. They’re rough and bumpy at spots, even after I had her fix 2 of them. She shaped them as she saw fit, pointy round/​almond, even after I asked for a natural round/​square (squoval).
She proceeded to give a halfhearted back/​shoulder massage and as she slid her hands down my arms, I swear she was purposefully trying to cop a side boob feel. Very awkward and creepy and definitively not relaxing.
$ 45 later (ZERO additional tip) and quite unhappy, I went home to salvage the botched job that Jennifer did. I reshaped them and added an iridescent top coat to hide her hideous bumpy technique.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. I’m certain there are better options to choose from in this area.

I’ve visited this place a few times, And their service is definitely not the best around. This place is very busy in the summer time, and when they work on your nails everything seems rushed. They are not friendly and seems like interaction is forbidden while working on a customers nails. Their nail color selection is few. I recently had shellac and the manager chose the wrong color and didn’t paint my full nail, the sides were missing color along with the top of the nail. Prices are cheap however you get what you pay for. They expect a real good amount on tips. Beware make sure you get you mani and pedi done by the same person if not they expect a $ 20 top each !! It happened to me! Never again will I visit this place.

So I’ve been here once before with my mom, and she & I have completely opposite attitudes. She’s really anal about any service she’s getting, whereas I’m really laxed and bubbly. So with this in mind, I assumed that the attitude we received before was solely because of her prominently dissatisfied attitude and unappeasable aura. Lo and behold, I went back alone this morning for a simple manicure. I absolutely LOVE my nails, but the service was mediocre and jaded at best. My pleases and thank you’s were met with… well, nothing. I don’t know, maybe it’s because I’m used to nail/​hair salons and spas being a relaxing and welcoming environment, and I expected too much enthusiasm, but I’m a stern believer in feeling comfortable when having a service done; I felt everything but welcome. Guess I’ll mosey on back to Tommy’s on Broadway. I was being cheap in saving a fifteenth of a tank of gas anyway lol

I honestly disliked how they totally ignored my request. They didn’t want to give me acrylic sets even though that’s what I had asked for in the first place. Made me waste my time for nothing. I found them rude and would honestly not recommend this place unless you want a regular mani because that’s all they wanted to give me. Up and out was my motto.

Got my nails done here today for the first time. The young guy that did them spent half the time on the phone (with periodic pauses while doing my nails to deliver an especially exciting bit of chatter, frequently). Then, a bunch of other manicurist came over to join in on the call, now via speaker. More pauses to focus on the call, instead of my nails. In the end, the top coat was applied unevenly and my nails look sloppy (his response to my pointing this out, «it’s okay». The lady next to me received her promotional 5 percent back when paying cash as advertised on a poster above us. My fellow’s mind was already zeroing back in on his smartphone, and alas, I did not receive the same upon paying with my cash.
In conclusion, you may have better service if you luck out and get a tech who cares about doing good work. But with many other nail salons available locally, why gamble? The place was newish and clean, but I won’t be back. Disappointed in results:(Next!
