I went into AT&T last week with a phone bill problem that I couldn’t fix online or over the phone, the in store representative Craig W. Did an outstanding job of helping me cut my bill in nearly half. So refreshing to find good customer service at my local AT&T store.

Customer service was horrible today when we went in. The worker had a little line, and was by himself, but instead of kindly saying it might be a little while, he said, «are we getting new phones today? Cause it’s gonna be a while I have him and her and I’m by myself — you’re gonna want to come back» not even with a smile!!! We walked out and will definitely be taking our business elsewhere. Xmas Eve they should definitely be more staffed… And more friendly!

This at&t store is awesome. Great service! We were greeted when we came in and helped right away. Ramon took care of my family and lowered down our monthly bill. I just got a new tablet for free and I love it. Come here and look for Ramon, he’s the sales manager. Great guy. Thanks!

Bare bones. Service was friendly, but wow, they have no product in store. Place looks empty and it’s tiny.

The Newbury Park AT&T is awesome! We make the drive over the hill every time we need assistance or replacement phones. Ask for Alfonso De Leon, he will give you the attention and help you need without feeling pressured or rushed, what a relief that is when trying to shop for phones for teenagers!
