I went there to get a nice afternoon pick-​me-​up and the redhead working the drive through window was a total jerk the whole time! He was also forgetful and forgot to give me my change and when he came back to the window he asked why I was still there (with attitude). This is usually my go to dunks but now I’m switching to the one across town so I don’t have to deal with that jerk.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever had at a shop. The cashier couldn’t take orders. The back employees made half our items wrong. Didn’t have chicken, but didn’t tell us till after we ordered and paid. Ordered a drink advertised on the side of a giant window, they told us they didn’t have it or now how to make it, so they gave it to us hot instead of iced. I’ll drive further for better service.

Sunday morning. Long lines inside and at drive through. Slow slow slow and inaccurate service, at least inside. Many grumbling customers (10+) waiting at length for orders. Did I mention slow? Had to go back for a refund because we need to get back on the road.

This particular dunkin sometimes gets overwhelmed with business, so if you don’t want to wait like another poster complained about, there are 2 others within a mile driving.
This is favorite despite the staff turnover because of its consistency. All the others around I have gotten bitter coffee or little ice or crazy assembly of a sandwich — quality control issues — but never here.

It took 12 minutes for them to fill the order of the person in front of me and I went inside so it would be quicker not sure what’s going on in there but the girls are far more interested in chitchatting and gossiping then doing their jobs. After all that they still messed up the order

Nice staff quick courteous service and an easy location make this a great example of why Dunkin’ Donuts is successful, it would only be better if there is a picture of big Papi instead of Gronk
