Dunkin’ Donuts

I ordered an onion bagel with veggie cream cheese and French vanilla hot coffee. When the girl handed the person at the window my order, I over heard her say plain bagel and plain cream cheese. I told them that’s not my order and he insisted it was an onion bagel and he just needed to replace the cream cheese. When I drove off I realize it was also a plain bagel and regular coffee. I was really upset but now reading the Unilocal reviews for this place, I know now not to ever go back to this place again. Awful service and the nerve to lie to a customer.

Went to this drive thru on a Saturday morning before meeting up with my mother at the adjecent Park and Ride @ Exit 57 off I-​95. I ordered a large black tea with 2 tea bags and 4 sugers, BLACK and a Key lime donut. They happen to be very good. When I got up to the window I displaced my cell phone with the D&D app for her to scan the barcode to pay as I do at ALL locations. For one reason or another this employee had an issue with picking up the scanner and reaching it out of the window. She asked if I had a pysical credit card or cash instead. When I repled no she scanned my phone with an attitude.
As for the food… Tea was GREEN TEA, not DECAF and only had 1 bag. Not sure how this was my fault but it was made out to be.
When I asked for my donut she told me, «I already gave it to you.» I told her that was not the case. She inferred that I had eaten it since she gave it to me. All this time and I could see the Saturaday morning cars backing up behind me.
So… She went to the rack with the donuts and you can see it from the drive thru window and she chucked the donut into a bag and they gave it to me slightly aggressively. No paper in the bag, just the donut.
I won’t even tell you her reply when I asked for EXTRA napkins since I didn’t even get one…

Food and coffee were good, but they gave me the wrong item. Twice.

We have officially banned this Dunkins. Yesterday we ordered 2 bagel sandwiches and one was black it was burnt so bad. I give up on their coffee… Burnt and bad testing yet again. We have been going here for several years and the past 5 or so times have been incredibly disappointing. Save your money and buy a Keurig.

Not consistent.
Had to put these guys on the personal ban list, they have the good location (leaving town before jumping on 95), but I had to add a detour onto my commute because it was so hit or miss with these guys (old coffee, missed items, bad attitudes, etc).
I now go to the one on the Rt. 1 rotary and find them much better (not sure but I think they both have the same owner, go figure). Funny because the Rt.1 seems to be run by a much younger crowd, and I’m approaching 40 and becoming an old curmudgeon, but their kids got there act together and do a great job!

How bad are your headphones when «eggwhite flatbread» sounds like «blueberry bagel»? Should I be Unilocaling motorola instead?
This Dunks really struggles to get the orders right. I’m a daily Dunker and either hit this one, the one at the Rte 1 rotary in Newburyport, or the one on Rte 1 in Rowley. Let’s face it: none of them bat 1.000. But this particular one hits like an American League pitcher.
If I order decaf, I get it 70% of the time and that’s one of those things you don’t realize until about 20 minutes later when you’re wondering why the stereo is so loud and you can’t stop singing. If I order splenda, it’s actually in the coffee about half the time.
They do high volume, so the coffee is usually fresh, but I’ve taken to going inside to prevent the awkward bag check at the drive-​thru or so I can watch for the orange-​topped pot.

They seem to be getting better…

Does good in a pinch. Stopped for coffee in 2002 on the way to Kittery.
