I come here because it’s close to where I live but it’s not worth the convenience. The place is dirty and the workers are rude. I asked for an itemized invoice because the bill came out to $ 100 and they wouldn’t give me one. Instead he wrote the prices on their copy of the receipt. How does that help me? Then, he had the nerve to say that I wasn’t clear about it. Wow. Time to find a new cleaner who will take my business with a smile.

Horrible. I dropped off a cashmere sweater with a stamped design. I had previously cleaned this sweater just fine using a «dry cleaners secret» bag and cloth, but wanted it professionally done this time. I got it back looking thin, stretched out and somehow they had melted every design piece off of the entire sweater. Front and back. The only person staffing the facility was zero assistance and only offered to give my number to the owner which I’m not holding my breath for a call from. And he tried to tell me that this was supposed to happen to my sweater during dry cleaning. Why would anyone sell a sweater you could never clean??? Avoid this place unless you want your clothes ruined with zero admission of fault.

Rude! The young man helping us out was obviously having a bad day or just did not care to be polite. I asked about their alteration services and he spoke in a monotone (almost slurring his speech) way. He said the woman who does the alterations wouldn’t be in until 4. Nice that they are supposedly open 7 – 7 and have «Laundry Alterations» on the window, with no hours for that service posted. He then asked my last name, and I spelled it while he wrote it down wrong. Any of these things by themselves would not be anything to write about, but these coupled with the absolute lack of professionalism as we left, (didn’t say a word as we left, no thank you have a nice day), ensured we will not be returning.

They do shirts well and the prices are competitive. Don’t expect a Nordstrom level of customer service, though. This place is staffed by friendly but powerless teenage cashiers. My experience has made me reluctant to entrust them with my most valuable clothing items.
For example, when our cat peed on my wife’s leather jacket, they were happy to charge us $ 30 to send it out for a special chemical treatment. When the jacket came back smelling just as bad as when we dropped it off, and I brought it to the attention of the girl at the counter, she didn’t jump to offer me a refund or to send it again free of charge.
Also, the first time I took a pair of casual pants I specifically asked them not to press a crease down the front of the legs, where there was no crease, but they did it anyway. To their credit, it hasn’t happened since then.
