Their teeth whitening technology is out of a kit. My treatment was horrible. Very uncomfortable and was not done professionally. The result were below average and I went in the store to see if they can do anything for the amount I spent and the bad result. However, they never got back to me. Beware!

I ended up canceling my membership. It is the same monthly price for unlimited spray tans at other tanning salons (Seattle Sun) plus you don’t have to worry about the spray tan machines constantly breaking down.

So I just started tanning with Distinctive Tan. It is right behind my apartment complex so i can walk there! I signed up for the $ 22 package which includes the basic beds unlimited. (Seattle Sun Tan charged $ 25+fees= $ 30) a month. So this package is a little cheaper. But when i signed up i was told there is no sign up fee but the first month i payed $ 37? So i think i had a sign up fee of about $ 15 which is ok becuase i was taking the bus out to Factoria every other day and its $ 2.50 a ride! The beds are nice and clean everytime and its not super busy and noone here is pushy :) I highly recommend in the Newcastle are.

I’ve been going to the Newcastle location for over two years, and love them. My main reason for going to a tanning salon is for the light therapy, and this is the nicest, cleanest and most professional salon I’ve ever been to.
I tried the (one side at a time) high pressure bed for the first time today, and LOVED it. I usually do the level two beds, and this was quite a nice alternative. They also have a high pressure bed that does both sides at once, the the one I did is so comfortable that I’ll make the time to use it again!
Like the other review, they do offer two levels of Mystic Tans (bronzing and non-​bronzing). I have not done this myself; but I have seen people have them done, and they look great!
I would highly recommend this salon to anyone that is looking for many tanning options; or just need a little light therapy, like me. :)
* Pros: No appts needed; very clean; great staff; HPBeds; Mystic tan
* Cons: None that I can think of

Went here getting ready for a trip to Hawaii last year. The facilities are clean and the staff is nice but watch out for the fine print on the membership agreement.
