I brought my two boys here for cuts on a Sunday afternoon. The service was terrible. The stylists were super crabby and unfriendly. The cuts weren’t great either– my kids hair looked really choppy and super uneven in the front. On my way out, a couple more customers came in. The stylists started arguing in front of everyone about whether or not it was too late to help the customer. Really rude, bad cuts. Avoid.

Only leaving one star because I cannot leave zero! Avoid this place! We have two little kids and as you know, it is really hard to plan to go somewhere with them. But my wife really wanted her hair highlighted that we decided to go to this place. It was cold outside. My wife sat down on a a chair and told the women how she wanted her hair done. That women was suggesting everything short as it turns out she had another appointment in 30 minutes. After washing my wife’s hair she told us that she wont have enough time to get her hair done. She didnt even manage to blow dry her hair!!! AVOID, AVOID, and AVOID!

They had a back to school special. Had both kids get hair cut. Line moved quickly. Both kids were happy with their cuts. One lady recommended a product for my daughter’s hair that we did buy. Overall, very happy and will return.

I usually cut my preschool-aged son’s hair with clippers, it’s really easy. But we moved here recently and still have boxes to unpack and things to organize at home, I didn’t really feel like cleaning up after a haircut. So we made a first-time-ever trip to Great Clips. Tuan(or Toan?) cut my son’s hair soon after we walked in last Monday morning, no waiting. Tuan is super friendly and you can tell he likes kids. The other stylist in the salon was super friendly to both me and my son as well. Anyway, Tuan did a good job on the quick haircut. If I am ever feeling too lazy to cut my son’s hair, we will go back to this Great Clips.
